Join me as I fish Coking Farm's Long Lake in Peg 48 for the first time.
Primarily targeting Cat Fish and Carp I break 3 personal bests in a row.
I wasn't planning on filming this trip but as I had a camera with me I thought I would give it a go. It was a hot August session I'd done my home work, picked a swim with an aerator and it paid off. These are by no means the best ways to fish it's just my approach and rigs that worked on the day. Usually I'd fish a longer hook length with coated braid for cats, in the silt but on the day a short uncoated hook length in a PVA bag seems to be the winning rig.
