Just finished watching all three tutorials! I bought some dentalium shells last week and really needed a good detailed tutorial. Thank you so much for sharing every step of the process! Gotta go sort through my shells! Looking forward to more of your tutorials 😊

My aunt just sent me a box of dentalium. Now I am researching what I want to make with them. These tutorials are so helpful for tribal members that don't live near family members who can teach them.

I am so fascinated! Those earrings are beautiful! That is one thing I never learned how to do when I was little. My aunt wanted to teach me but I was so busy dancing in pow wows and making ribbon skirts, shawls, and hair ties, I never thought that beading would be so important in our culture but as I got older, I realize how much it is very important. Thank you for the tutorial. Can you do one for four directions medicine wheel beaded earrings? Please? I just made a ribbon skirt and shirt with that design and I would love to learn how to make the earrings or necklace, chocker, or bracelet with the red, yellow, black, and white colors. Thank you in advance. 🥰🤗❤💛🖤🤍🪶🪶🪶

Love the 3-part video. You used steps I wouldn't have thought of. A suggestion, if I may? Put a list of the items you used and the websites where the products can be purchased down in the comment section. It would answer a lot of people's questions. I used the Subtitles to understand you better, but it messed with your actual words😛😛.

Recently managed to connect to fellow indigenous people, I’m indigenous Filipino (Ilonggo), who are also artists/artisans of their own cultural and traditional arts and crafts, and just bought, ordered and received the classic Dental shell earrings, 4 tiers, with Abalone rounds at the end. So happy and satisfied. Been a dream for a long time to own a pair, but didn’t have the know how, nor connection which I have now to make that happen. I originally watched these videos to try an make my own, ordered a 100 p bag of shells off of Etzy, but so far little success as I don’t own any e-file, and still haven’t managed to figure out how to weave, and go up and down to actually attach the rows of shells😭😭😭

Please don’t worry about the length of your videos...if someone thinks they’re too long, they are not really interested in learning and experiencing the energy.
