I’m a cancer man. This is pretty accurate. I find it hard to talk about myself because my mood changes hourly. I can go from happy to loving to shy to energetic to whatever and it feels as I have no control of it. I wish it wasn’t that way. I do need time alone, this is very important to be my best self. The moods tend to get negative if I haven’t had space. I’d describe myself as a loner with a lot of good friends. I’m either loved or hated by women. In a relationship I’m my best self when I know I’m loved and she tells me regularly. Hearing It can snap me out of a mood. I’m highly intuitive and can recognise emotional patterns fast, yet still don’t know myself. God bless you lady’s who understand us, as it’s still a mystery to me

They prefer their partners to be needy so the partners can depend solely on them and nobody else and before you know it they are running things and telling their partners what to do like a parent. Would pick me up from work, listen to me vent, take me out to eat, buy me gifts. This was the initial court stage. I liked the attention he was giving me and again he was very sweet to me so I gave him a chance. Well that was a mistake because as soon as we started dating, he started showing his real personality. 1. He had a 3-year son which wasn’t a problem for me because the BM wasn’t around and wanted nothing to do with him 🚩!!!!!! 2. He kept starting jobs but quitting after a few weeks because he “wasn’t getting along” with his bosses! Started demanding me for my money, not asking! Always expected to me care for his son (cook breakfast and take him to daycare) while he slept until 12pm then would wake up with an attitude! MOODY like a woman! Something is always bothering them even when they are in “good” moods! OH and don’t be happier than them. They want you to feel how they feel and will bother you until you do! COMPLAINERS!!!!!! WHINERS!!!!!!! NAGGERS!!!!!!!!! It’s like being in a relationship with a woman! At times I felt like the MAN! Like other users said they are great for a good time, they’re like your HOMEGIRL away from your homegirls! They give homegirl energy 😂😂😂😂 That’s it though. I'm so sorry you went through this. But please do not let this stirr you away from cancer men. Elon musk, mike tyson all both cancer men, not lazy and both have big hearts. That was just your ex and some other lazy men. I'm a cancer man and on my honor and ego I could never do that. And if I had a son I would take him to the gym everyday and train him to be strong and have confidence in himself. Because I didn't have a father in my life to teach me those things and I wanted that to be second chance. If there's was anything I wasn't able to achieve in my life time, if my son was willing. I would help him to it instead. Maybe my son could succeed were I have failed. I love my children and they aren't even born yet. I'm depressed right now but I'm working so hard cause I know someday I want to be a great father and be there for my sons and daughter. Relationships however. Women can't understand me because I'm too nurturing like a mother is. I need to learn how to be a man. I love taking care of people but my issue is. No one cares about me. I can take care of myself. I'm not lazy my emotions drive me to be better and I'm very hard on myself because I have to be. If have a disadvantage in life that just means I have to work twice as hard as everyone else. I felt like I was being smothered to death. All in my face like he was about to kiss me. Asking me tons of questions and avoiding mines. So I told him, I will match his energy if he doesn't say anything then we will not be talking and I will go home. Because the emotional neediness is definitely a damn turn off... Sounds a lot like my ex Taurus to be honest. I dated a Cancer and he was really good to me, but I moved out of state. I never saw any major red flags at first and he expressed and showed that he wanted to be serious, but after I moved and came back for a short while, he seemed distant. He even stood me up once, which I did not expect from him because he was always such a gentleman. I think he came to a realization that maybe I was too flighty and he should guard his feelings for me. He still kind of liked me and tried to start back up where we left off, but it was right when I met my ex and was falling in love with him. The cancer guy always spent money on me, always cooked me a lovely meal if I came over and we hung out with his family. They seemed to like me a lot as did his daughter. He was a gentleman and he worked very hard with his hands, owned his own home and even was raising 2 kids with the help of his family. 1 child wasn't even his because the mom was trash. I think I hurt him by leaving, but he never bothered to ask how I felt about the ex dumping her kids on him. I felt this was her way of messing with his personal life. He said he wanted to be my rock, maybe he expected that we'd be there for each other through whatever, but it's a bit much to expect someone else to put up with an ex that wants to dictate your whole life. He's a good guy for raising those kids, but that's just a mess of a situation I didn't want any part in, especially since he always told me how crazy she is and how he was still even sleeping with her when we were apart. Hell no.

Girl this is so spot on!!! He won’t let me do anything by myself and he’s the one that’s clingy to me. Very good with his hands he’s a Hard worker and not lazy. I am a libra too with cancer bf and hes the most possessive person I know especially if I dont get to reply or return his calls. He loves me so much that it makes him so crazy. There was one time I blocked him in all social media platform i have and he would always make a way to contact me even using an app with random numbers. Haha. We're back now because he would never give up. He now accepts me wearing sexy clothing sometimes and posting bikini pics because he wont let me before. He has learned to compromise now but somtimes, he is negative especially if men likes my pics which is inevitable. Im not even replying or flirting with them. But he is making scenarios in his head that are too far from reality, accusing so insecure with his skin eventho he's fine. He's very insecure. My love language is flexing him through social media but he still gets insecure.

As a cancer man I find that the mood swings come more from the energy the others release around me. Now you can’t just judge them from the sun sign since the moon signs and their rising they all come differently. It also depends from which decon. The ones you seem to be speaking about sound more like the 3rd decon Cancer. So don’t put all the Cancers under the same hat since we are so much different and when they get older they are much different. Your right about one thing that we love beautiful women that are natural and not the clown. If you hide the real you then we are really not interested in you. The partner I have been with for the last 25 years has cooked 10 meals for me. I do spend hours cooking away since I’ll take my time and if it take 10 hours to prepare a mean it’s always worth it to have something that is going to excite your palate as you savour that delicious mean. I am a cancer and dated 2 cancer men very briefly and both situations were horrible. They aren’t as empathetic as the women I feel. They use emotions to manipulate you and will take away that contact when you have boundaries. Would start off with big plans for the future and then cut it off when they don’t get their sexual wants right away. Huge abusive potential.
