Hello and welcome to another mix of psydub tunes. This time we have a selection of dub styled tracks from two amazing producers - the bass and theremin Italian maestro Gaudi up against the Mexican dub wizardry of Tor.Ma in dub.
These two guys have been releasing belters for many years and I thought it was about time to show them some long overdue love in a curated dub battle of the basses.
I've tried to focus mostly on their original tunes in this mix. Both of these legends are well known for their remixing skills and collaborations but I'll have to save more of those for another day or else this mix would be 10 hours long !

Hi Jack, thanks for checking out the mix. The music featured in these mixes is created by lots of talented musicians using a variety of techniques from digital software based synths and sequencers to more traditional keyboards, synthesizers and effects boxes. The easiest way to get started would be with software. Grab a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). Software like Ableton Live, FL Studio, or Logic Pro . Ableton Live is particularly popular for electronic music due to its versatility and live performance capabilities. Start creating simple loops and gradually build them into full tracks. Don’t be afraid to experiment and make mistakes. The more you practice, the better you'll become. Dub related genres often involve layering multiple textures and sounds to create a rich, immersive experience. Experiment with ambient pads, field recordings,tape echo, delay and reverb and various layers of sound to build your tracks. Watch tutorials on KZread, take online courses, and read articles about music production. Even searching for "How to create dub music" or "psydub music production tips" will find you some valuable links to follow.Participate in forums and online communities focused on music production Stay patient and persistent, as learning music production,like many pursuits, is a journey that takes time and dedication.
