mam please make video on existentialism. its been a very long time not frequently but sometimes panic attack with the notion of emptiness after my death and im not thinking about this thought but when im about to sleep a sudden feeling terrifying me with the destruction of consciousness. and after that im thinking about my life the things i want to do and if they didn't happen in this limited time than that was the worst life i will have ever lived with knowing that i'm not immortal. i want to know the reality but reality is not linear it is complex i'm helpless and want to know buddha enlightenmented i'm confused mam i'm 24 years old and suffering from existential crises Please help people like us!!
