Soon, im gonna have to stop watching him or he's gonna spoil the stuff that hasn't even been written yet.

To the world Satella is literal Satan. Consuming half the world, and still scaring people 400 years later. In the Witch’s tea party she is a Subaru Simp, someone that only wants the best for Subaru. She wants Subaru to love himself more and care for himself. Future arc spoilers The whole splitting your soul actually does have evidence. In the shadow garden as Subaru gains witch factors he becomes more and more complete. Maybe it is his soul becoming more complete. Also did he just predict Shaula. This guy is way too smart.

Honestly knowing the author whatever the mystery behind Satella is and why she loves Subaru is going to be depressing. I do like your theory about pieces of someone souls being shattered. However there is no way the author is going to give us full answers till the end of the story as I imagine that's the end goal of the series.

Subaru and Satella really do seem like a tragic love story, Kinda like he made a love story a tragic one between like Adam and Eve and them being cursed "rbd" and the "garden"

@@enigma3072 Rbd and the Garden isn't really a curse. Their fate itself is more akin to a curse. We don't know what happened but we can tell that Satella is using words that would quite often be used if someone is near death or desperate. Aishiteru is not as common as you think. It really hits when it's used at correct moments but in normal moments, the one used is Daisuki. Aishteru is when you really want to nail the fact that you love them. And also near death or other crucial moments. Usually, Japanese speakers don't use pronouns. And if they do then they are putting a strong emphasis on what they say. It works the same in Anime. When Satella came to the Tea Party, she used Anata, you which is a Sweat, Affectionate, and a lot of the times, formal pronoun for saying "You". Most of the other Witches don't even say "You". Even the patronizing Echidna limits the amount of times she says "Kimi". You know Satella is desperate when she rips herself apart to show affection and care to Subaru, even through emphasis of words and stuff and the word choice she has.

@@danielantony1882 I wouldn't be suprised if Pride IF was animated we would easily hear Subaru say Aishteru because of how badly obsessed he was with her. Usually not suppose to say Aishteru unless you are like marrying this person or you known this person for long time and understand this person as a whole because your love runs DEEP without any type of problem with it. Even Ram using it is due to her own problems with Roswaal wasn't healthy. Or maybe it is healthy with Ram since she has known Roswaal for YEARS.

Hint: Go look at what Fluegel carved on his tree and what Subaru wrote on a paper in the Mansion Arc.

Roswell's VA is also Dio. So it was literally ME! DIO!

I can't wait to see your reaction when you get to the LNs and read about Satella's cut scenes & descriptions

Not that much it just can be put into comments and thats it.

Season 2 is important because it when Subaru choose the future of the story that he wants or what Roswell wants.

I feel like there are pieces of the puzzles we are missing obviously. Like Satilla knows and loves Subaru, but why? What did he do to save her. I think by the end of the story, we will understand. I’m ready to see this play out

I feel like Ed is giving arc 11 spoilers before its even written

I mean, she did make him like that, he's forced that condition upon him, a condition that mind you, he wouldn't have discovered had he not died a horrible death at the hands of Elsa. And yeah, he chose this path, but what other path was there? It's not like he actively seeks danger (barring the whole palace meeting thing, that was straight up mental), he just wants himself and his loved ones to be okay. But the condition forced upon him has gotten him into trouble several times, he stinks of the witch, and attracts mabeasts and the cult's attention. I mean, over half of his deaths in season 1 can be directly attributed to the witch's smell, from Rem, to the dog, or the BattleGoose possession Edit: I genuinely don't believe he could've just abandoned Emilia and go work somewhere, be it a farm or a merchant, trouble would've found him. I haven't read the LN so I don't know about fate, but very powerful people have had their eye in Subaru since the moment he put his feet on Lugunica, Satella probably even before he got there, as she's implied to be the one that pulled him through. So even if all these powerful players didn't end up running into him if he chose a normal life, he''d surely get killed by mabeasts, and who knows where his mind would've ended up without the progress he's made since he met his friends

I also think it's a weird victim blaming to be like "Oh he didn't abandon the people he cares about when they needed him? It's his fault he died so many times then!" Like any half decent person would have done the same.

I only remember the name and that he's attached to some theories... Was it Flugel that got divided and if so was one of those Subaru's relative... more specifically his father/mother. I mean the father seemed OP as hell for Earth and his mom found a 1 in a bill chad so both seem sus to me. Subaru being a literal product of Nature and Nuture pre-current world.

my theory is that the "tea party garden" is a dimension outside space and time there the witch of greed consciousness exist beeing defacto immortal and you can enter this place from any point in time ( past ,present or future ) so the witch of envy can be from the past or from the future well all of the witches can be from who knows when. i believe this because if i remember someone sad in the show that all the witches were killed long ago

When all the witches died, Echidna collected their souls and put them inside the witch’s tea party. That is why they appear in the Witch’s tea party. Satella appeared either through the connection of RBD or a bit of her soul is also trapped inside the Witch’s tea party.

@@danielantony1882 Echidna in the tomb had been altered by the real Echidna to appear more cute than her actual self, possibly younger than herself but that is just based on Subaru’s observation. But there is no evidence that she has altered the other witches.

I think his theory of Subaru bad satella splitting his souls in pieces to save them might have spoiled the end of the series

Thing is, last time Otto helped, he got ripped to shreds. So it's very hard for Subaru to think it is the right choice. Thankfully, Otto used the bro punch.

Hey man, don't worry about your crackpot theories, we all have those! For example my personal one is that Satella is Emilia's and Subaru's daughter, now there is something extremely unlikely.

@@enigma3072 well nothing I've seen so far (anime + couple of spoilers from the novels) showed me that her love would need to be necessarily romantic (she just says she loves him, that he "gave her everything" and "held her when she was lonely", stuff like that) Also we have seen multiple times in this story that the "official history" is not entirely correct, Satella could easily be a quarter elf, we have other examples of people thinking someone was half-something when they were actually quarter (spoilers), Emilia herself didn't know she was a half elf until they told her ... it doesn't seem to be something easily recognizable On the other hand, Satella to me seems like a combination of Emilia's and Subaru's traits - her appearence, her insane magical potential, his magical element, his color scheme ... and if Subaru for some reason raised her alone (he would do a good job, we know he is really good with kids) and then she was sent back and went a bit coo coo from absorbing Envy (yes I know the thing about the personalities) ... she could easily get this dependent on him, have the need to protect him ... Not saying it's a done deal, just saying it's a interesting theory of mine that I'll have until I see more info

I think RBD and trying to be a hero though is one of the greatest curses you can place on someone in a world that has so much violence, Imagine you know you can potentially save someone at the cost of dying, imagine trying to turn a blind eye to that fate of theirs you would never love yourself because the amount of guilt that would be placed on you is to great and as long he has RBD and trying to act like a Hero, he will never love himself or just start accepting that you can't save everyone even knowing of their fate and people placing expectations on you is just to much for you handle because you are only human. You will hate who you are, you will hate that you can't save everyone, you will hate that you're weak and powerless, you will start to deny that the weak part of you has no right to be around, End of the day you need to start loving yourself for all these thing's because after all it is okay to be weak and it takes true strength to know your weak and to accept yourself that you are and people would love you for that regardless and would want to help you in your times of being weak. It's okay to be strong for people but also need to let the people you're being strong to also know your hurting inside. If reserve that for one person who is just pushing you to keep being that strong part of you and not accepting that weak part of you then you will just be going in circles about yourself. Hate myself > Be a hero > Fail > Start from zero > hate myself > Be a hero> Fail > Start from zero etc. This is exactly what Satella has been witnessing at front row seats.

Bruh, this shattered pieces theory is a new one to me. And to be honest it is opened ended but judging how you predicted ALOT of events ahead of time I wouldn't be surprised it was true.

This is surprisingly short Normally these things are near 40 minutes

I'll be honest, I hate seeying anything a react that the person is laying more attention on the chat, than the story that is being told. Specially if the story is the main focus, you know? Something like this show, for interaction with the chat in the react I think is better watching something more like comedy driven you know? I feel like theres a lot of things you don't catch because you are "watching" looking at the chat. It's not a critique to you, it's just something that I see with frequency and I hate it.
