The simple answer to why we have pain and challenges in our life is that these things are happening FOR us, not happening TO us. We chose to come here to learn and grow. Often life experiences are to break us down so we can then heal and build, to learn and open too our greater purpose.❤

My first wife hated coconut. Dr. McKay's instructions for channeling are similar to what I accidentally discovered. First wife died in 2022. Months later I learned of Heather Giamboi's book. I bought it and tried to read it. She needs an editor. The only thing I could understand from it was her dead husband telling her to bake a cake to mark his first year in spirit. That seemed like a good idea and as the 1 year mark of my first wife in spirit was approaching I decided to tell her about it. She in spirit had already been all up in my business for several months so it was nothing unusual for me to expect that I could talk to her directly. I lay in bed, relaxed, and addressed her. I described Heather's book and told her of the good idea of the deathday cake. I asked her to tell me what kind of cake I should make. I tried to relax deeply to notice her reply. I failed. I imagined "red velvet". I suppressed that thought and then I began to imagine "co..." when I heard her fairly screaming to me "Yellow cake with chocolate frosting! The day came and I baked the cake and I ate a piece. That night I asked her if she liked it. She replied, "Yes".

So good to hear people share. I tried sharing my joy, bliss and peace I discovered after connecting with my son and Source and was arrested at a church! lol My daughter found my son's body on my mom's birthday! The trauma has made it hard for her to want to connect. She was driving me home one day and I realized my son was there..because I was slouched down acting all cool talking like he would...(I did not ride well) but I was looking at my daughter thru my son's eyes literally... It is awesome.. I'm wanting to write a play to help people in some way...if anyone has any experience..I haven't written one since 4th grade! Live and light to all!❤❤❤

It will be the year "anniversary " of the passing of the love of my life...my everything..on Sunday May 19th...this year of extreme grief nearly took me out...i truly dont know how i survived the pain...but here i am and ANYTHING i can learn about where he is and if he still remembers who he was in this life...if he remembers me and how much he loved me...and ultimately if when i pass we will be reunited and can continue that dynamic on the other side of the veil...i could live the rest of my life in peace and happiness 🙏❤️

@75catie I am so sorry for your terrible pain. I understand that near-killing feeling of grief … how do we survive that? And yet we do. Here’s what I KNOW, without doubt: he not only remembers you, but is WITH you, as Love is an indestructible and eternal bond. He is as near as your breath, every moment. You will be reunited in complete AWAREness when you cross over (see above, already here, we just don’t feel it the way we want to) and you will continue together in any way you both choose. Please know that this is 1000% what Suzanne would tell you, which wisdom comes from thousands and thousands of communications with loved ones in spirit. He is here now. With practice, you can learn to feel that yourself. Wishing you well, dear one.

​@@75catie I can tell you there is life and love and wonder on the other side of such a loss , I lost the love of my life, my soul mate on the 35th year anniversary of our blind date, I gave him permission to cross on the 35th anniversary of our blind date I was walking in cement for months. But seven years in I know life can be joyful again and their is hope , smile and laughter again, May you know that your pain means he took part of your heart with him and may you feel his angelic arms hold you again. ❤ Prayers sweet one

What he is describing is what I experienced: a FIELD OF PURE POTENTIAL that is CONSCIOUS and PURE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. ALL-THAT-IS is LOVE. Physicists have not been able to define gravity but I feel that GRAVITY IS LOVE! A perfect definition! Thank you both so much! I wish I could give this program 1000 likes!

Just talked to my mom yesterday about lemon meringue pie on line and she said she wasn’t a great pie maker better in making cakes. Funny that you just mentioned lemon meringue pie and I read it! Synchronicity… is the word that comes to mind!👍

My relationships with my family members who have passed were not good at all. I discovered my grief was for that what I never had with them and after they passed I knew none of my desires could come to fruition. I bought one of your courses to open myself up to a more precise and controlled way of mediumship, but stopped because in my human suit, I want no part of them. I heard Suzanne say a few times about souls who have others with them when they appear because of the damage they caused. I don't even care about that. I know I have been highly claravoyant in my past, but now have such anger that I shut it all out so they can't hurt me anymore. Would love a discussion on dealing with those who may be family, but are not counted as loved ones, how to heal toxic and damaging relationships with a deceased family member. As a side note, every time I hear "our loved ones" it triggers me. Some may say don't watch. I desperately want to get past these horrible feelings!

Wow, what a wonderful video message. I think a lot of pain is caused by fear of suffering. I certainly never have learned to welcome pain and suffering. It doesn’t make sense to the natural human mind to accept suffering as a gift.

Dr. McKay, up to the 31st minute, is describing very closely my independently developed conclusions from watching NDE videos. First, I'll use my familiar term "God" rather than Suzanne's equivalent "Source". God is love, God is the light. Love is the creative power by which God created the universe. Life forms, including humans, are analogous to nerve endings created by and carrying a portion of God experiencing the universe God created with Love. God wants to experience all that the Universe can be, and God is and uses all life forms to experience the universe.

I was hanging on every word. Such beautiful wisdom shared by Matt and a wonderful way to honor his son Jordan.❤

This was such a powerful podcast! I have been channeling a very special loved one for about a year now (I use my computer keyboard vs. handwriting) as a way to work through my grief, ask questions and navigate my life. Matt is struggling to explain the Love or as he calls it All. I have experienced that love. I call it pure love. Its not just a feeling it is an experience and being in a state of love energy. One of the ways to experience it is to start by feeling, listening and seeing through the heart chakra. Just sit and rest, place awareness in the heart area and you can feel his voice resonating through the heart.

I have felt that way too, in certain very depressed times. Suzanne, it almost looks like you’re skoffing at people who may be confused, and are certainly in pain. If compassion fatigue is setting in, I hope you’ll give yourself whatever time and care you need. I’m sure we can be a trying bunch. I think I remember even Jesus once said in apparent exasperation, “How long will I have to put up with you?” ❤

Very obvious now to me why we're also here on earth. It's because without material (physical) experience, we would not exist and not have been created as indivdual entities or souls either I believe. Reading Conversation with God enlightened me on this issue and question. It's that one doesn't go without the other. Development on earth had to be to become a full-fledged entity individual soul on an other dimension (in the afterlife). But also we come back here to experience things that will help us become the ..better version of ourselves too and so on. Never ends..

I prefer that explanations about causes to live here on Earth would more be based on joy, fun, passion etc. not on suffer and grief as they told. Of course we can “learn” much about love from suffer and grief and other dark feelings and emotions too, but we have too much suffer here on Earth, definitely. It is not “a hard planet” by definition, it is WE humans who make it so hard rather often, and we can do it easier. It is a part of evolution. Our choices are so important. After reading of books written by researchers of thousands of NDEs (near death experiences) I am sure that there is not “only love” on the other side. I would avoid such “dualistic” “black or white” picture, it does not relate to such complex themes. There are definitely some “hellish” experiences in other realms too, not only here on Earth, but they are not “for ever”, as religions try to convince us. EACH action has its consequences, here and in other realms, even if we can not see them quickly. One of the examples of it are “life reviews”, which are often reported by NDEs, when our soul feels the feelings of other persons, which we interacted with in many situations. These feelings can be very unpleasant and very pleasant. Therefore our choices create our life here and there.

Found it: Induced After-Death Communication

After my spouse passed many years ago set me back on the path of through spirituality. I emailed Dr Alan Botkin to ask how he believes EMDR works. He said he really doesn't know but that it does. Really nice man. I have a clue, when I was around five years old I was in a learning to knit class and went into a trance. The teacher asked if I was alright, so it must have looked obvious.

How many times does god need to learn love in the face of pain through us though? There’s already been countless and extreme suffering on earth alone.

It is maybe possible to confirm the communication to the afterlife by analyzing simultaneous information from many channels of quantum event information by artificial intelligence. It is maybe what the brain does a lot with its many huge field strengths over thin gaps . Like when a person is dreaming and when people easily are solving many open ended problems that are very difficult to teach current AI to master, like driving a car from A to B.

Here is another one, I do believe in Signs.I use that tactic every day, for example: early in the day I go out, and say: Dear God,please show me a Sign that is significant for me today. After a while boops, there it is! If you really know to read signs, than U are definitely without doubt seen the message. God has a lot of humour, so sometimes the answer comes so fast & it's so funny that I break into a Big Lol! I always get an answer! Sometimes He's kidding me & I say Ney, no way U don't mean me to believe that! I continue until the answer appears & when it does, I have no doubt at all. NAMASTE

i agree that "god" yahwew or whomever who created this wolrd etc, is not prime creation, first cause. that being can evolve through us and didnt have to exist in the beginning.
