I have to say that I never paid attention to his negative personality traits in the apprentice. The show was just entertaining. Perhaps I should watch some episode's again to see if it seems different now. The producers made sure his worse traits would not be exposed anyway. I do remember that when the first black person won the apprentice, he wanted to offer the apprenticeship also for the woman who came second place. That was so awkward and seemed a bit racist. I never watched the celebrity apprentices though, so perhaps Trumps jerkiness grew worse.

I've seen that look in the eyes of a shark, cold blank stare as to say, what's in it for me? Unfortunately, an impossible goal to achieve. An intelligent psychopath could fake out any personality test. Knowledge of psychometric tests is easy to research. I, for example, (and I’m not a psychopath, thank you) am familiar with the various scales and trigger questions on the MMPI, so I could answer as if I had a variety of diagnosable personalities.

In Trump's case it is reported that he was denied love and respect by his father and this formed the core of DJT's personality. There will be others like him to come, and as some commentators are pointing out, they will be worse. Trump had the drive for power, but he wasn't very competent, a lot of his actions and pronouncements backfired. But if a more astute power seeker comes along, they might be able to take what Trump built a little further, to a degree where democracy is finished and replaced with absolute rule. Finally, the IMO the solution lies in reducing the alienation and unfairness felt by a large section of the population. It was this that fuelled Trump's rise. And as long as gross inequality persists, the danger can perhaps be repressed, but not neutralised.

President-elect Joe Biden may be able to make progress with this. But I doubt it because it seems to me that the Republican party is delusional and has been for at least ten years. I am an independent, but I have refused to vote for any of them since this century. I wish we had a viable third party that was centrist and would work to help all Americans and not try to force ideologies on them. Maybe now that many of the Republican politicians and strategists are leaving the party, they might start one.

We tried on the first impeachment but too many Republicans were still tied to him back then, good news is a lot of Republicans cut their ties on January the 6th 2021. They didn't think anything really bad wouod happened with Trump as president, but like I saw this coming in 2019. He was increasingly getting more wreckless and snake like and liying on an unprecedented level I have never seen anybody lie this much, his mind is absolutely now living in a completely fictional reality, everything he says is a lie. I have never trusted Trump because he grew up as a rich kid. Somewhere in his early life, he was never taught that lying is bad and its like he just does it all the time, when you combine that with the biggest microphone in the nation, half of us see through the lies of a rich kid, the other half trust the word of the president. I dont know how you fix this problem other than Trump coming out himself and saying directly to his supporters that there was no voter fraud on a big scale, I lost fair and square because I didn't take the job seriously at all. And he couldn't even blame it on his data keeper and still come out a little better. But we may never get this statement because he is mentally ill.
