I think in one of the recent Ask The Phelper's he got asked about his elbows and said they were ok and healed. Oh man am I gonna miss this guy tell stories, impart knowledge or simply talk about skateboarding.

Well, that´s a new one! Luckily I never took a direct hit on my elbow ( besides the regular "hit and slide" while protecting my head). Although I´ve got a messed up toe phalanx wich almost enables me to tap dance, when I don´t use socks.

So fucking gnarly, phelps gets it done.

this has happened to me. could fit a pencil up in it. (didnt do it) dripped plasma for days. so kept paper towels on it while sleeping and letting it get air during the day. just recently did it to my shin (not going into details here). feel its best to tend to it get the mind set on it and focus on healing and not getting infected...
