Negative people who lived with you leave residual energy behind. (My ex was an alcoholic). I'm an empath and felt it with my ex. I kicked him out but felt the negativity around me. I saw a shadow person in my apartment and heard presence ( at this time a medium told me that I had mediumship abilities). After smudging and prayers...it went away. This made me realize that I have to be careful in letting who in my life and living space.

Greg is inspiring for doing his best! I feel less alone in how I feel now. I have actually been studying fears and phobias in my psych class this semester. Having a fear or phobia of something doesn't necessarily mean that is the thing you are really afraid of, like with Colleen sticker phobia, it may be that she just doesn't like stickers, but a lot of times when there is a phobia that is more weird and irrational its actually because of another fear that your brain cant avoid or can't express in another way, so it reflects onto something that isn't necessarily a threat. Like one of the cases we looked at was a man who became irrationally afraid of horse despite not having a bad experience or reason to be afraid of horses, but he was actually afraid of his abusive father, however since he had to see his father everyday and face that everyday, his brain placed his fear onto horses since it was something more avoidable and was a way to escape the actual fear. You can also just have a traumatic experience at a very young age and since you are so young your brain simplifies the experience to a bad association with something, and "traumatic" doesn't have to mean you had some deep dark horrific suppressed memory, it can be as simple as if when you were three you accidentally burned yourself touching a hot pan and now you are afraid of butterflies, because you were three you brain was like "PAIN! I dont want pain, let avoid all pain in the future, how do we do that? I felt pain when I reach out to touch the cookies, the cookies were shaped like butterflies, MUST AVOID BUTTERFLIES" and then all of a sudden you are 30 and you have been afraid of butterflies and you dont know why.

I was crying a lot when I was listening to his story about his cousin, because I can relate with Cory so much, my cousin who I was very very close with during childhood and even now, commit suicide 4 days after my birthday 2 years ago, and it really is a heavy topic and something so hard to deal with, and hearing what Terry said about soul contracts made me realize that my cousin lived her's out, but it didn't seem like she enjoyed it, she was always sad and had so many issues, but not a day goes by that I don't think of her and wish she was still here. so Cory thank you so so so much for sharing your story, it means so much to me that I can relate with you on a personal level. ❤

I’m so proud of Kory for doing this. It must have taken a lot of courage and bravery for him. When Kory cried it broke me down, I have never seen Kory cry ever before. Love you guys.
