Well, I found out about this yesterday and I used it to heal my neck and back. I suffer a lot and there have been days when I haven't been able to get out of bed without help. I hadn't been able to put my head back in years. In 3 minutes all my pain went and ı can move my neck easily. Thank you! I would love to fix my eyesight too but we'll see.

Indeed - it is a very simple and profound way to transform the stress at the subconscious level of mind - just today we had an amazing experience with a Veteran
Is it based on "a healing" by the present moment? Letting go or surrender?
I am curious to know if this will work for me. Growing up, I was horribly abused by a very disturbed older sister whom I looked up to growing up. My parents worked hard and weren't around much. She bullied me a lot and made me believe I was dumb, fat, ugly, unlovable, useless, annoying and no matter how hard I tried to please her, kept saying "you never help out." "you never do anything for me." Although I am now in my 40's and have come to realise that indeed I was accomplished and so much prettier than her, I grew up my whole life believe I was every bit the degenerative person she made me believe I was, when in fact, everything she has ever accused me of is exactly the person SHE is. Unfortunately, so much damage has been done. I could go and fight her, but I relish having absolutely nothing more to do with her. All that can be done now is to try and change my imprint, and hopefully get a chance to start again.

Do this before you pay him to teach you. Psych-K, EFT, meditation, 'letting go', and other such remedies for dealing with negative emotion are good, but not nearly what they promise. Most of the time they simply mask negative emotions. The best remedy is free and easy (like air). Do this: 1. First, know what emotions you want to separate yourself from. Perhaps it is worry, anxiety, emotional hurt, trauma, etc. It could be specific events that harass and haunt you. 2. Next, see two boxes in front of you. Give them color and give them light. For example, say you want to separate yourself from worry and anxiety. See one lined with green neon lights. See the other with blue neon light. 3. Now, simply go over and place all of your worries into the green box and anxiety into the blue box. Place them about 2 meters (or yards) in front of them in your imagination. 4. Now, go back and sit down and observe those boxes. Just look at them realizing that your worries are in one box and your anxiety is in the other. 5. Now, imagine your ego sitting next to you. See it as a full life-size bubble. Turn to it and say, "I know you're there and I'm on to your ways." Your ego doesn't like you being separated from worry and anxiety. It also doesn't like being exposed because it wants you to think that you are one with it. 6. Now just observe the boxes while occasionally dealing with your ego as I've described. You'll feel a shift and a clearness in your body. Most people feel it in their stomachs or in their chest area. Repeat this and you will understand that creating space between you and negative emotions is the most powerful exercise you can do to effectively deal with negative emotions. I learned this exercise from a 102-year-old Shaolin medical doctor in Henan Province (Dongfeng), China. His name is 'Old Dr. Wang'. He told me to do this one day in a small tea shop near Shaolin. He said, "Do this every day and as often as you can and you too will live to be my age." I started doing it every day, several times a day and it has given me complete control over my emotions. I no longer obsess or feel harassed by negative emotions.

So, there's basically some kind of tech, that this guy says can change everything for you in minutes...but no how-to, no examples, no help....i assume if you go to the website and pay some large amount of money, you'll get to attend or obtain something that they assure you will transform your life.

There are psych-k facilitator workshops to learn the techniques. The workshop levels are basic, advanced, and health & wellbeing. They are exceptionally good and these subconscious techniques are very effective and long term. I have done a significant amount of work on changing my mindset and reprocessing stress and trauma with myself with huge change.

The title of the video is "High Speed Mindset Change", but did you talk about that? Well, yes, perhaps at the very end. Didn't get anywhere near the actual subject until about six minutes into the video. Not very impressed...

He does say you can do it with a friend, as well. Hope it gives you what you were hoping for. Keep in mind that this was quite a short interview or only part of one.

Why would you lie like this? It's not helpful. Bruce just talked about Psych-K 7 months ago. From Bruce Lipton website : “I teach with Rob Williams the originator of PSYCH-K. This is the modality that I use personally and with which I am most familiar.”

Psyck k Will never be big. It’s too expensive and the basic psych k witch l took is nothing special it’s all on KZread. I feel that l have been rip-off
