Listen care fully my dear friend if you are sensing that your suffering from papilledema then there is no permanent cure first fall Isuggest u to believe one and only god ALLAH iam sure you will be cure soon I recovered from this dieseas permanently by praising God ALLAH It is impossible for a human but it's possible to the god isay accept Islam and prophet muhammad as a messenger of God inshallah you will be recover very fast

I actually have this and I wanted to know exactly what it was and this video helped a lot!

I was just diagnosed with this too, just yesterday! Was treated for optic neuritis 6months ago and told I may have multiple sclerosis. This is obviously a very much better outcome. But still don't know what it means to have it.

Hi Dr Lee. Do all signs and all symptoms need to be present for diagnosis of pap, or is one from each enough?

I got diagnosed with IIH in Jan2020 and the symptoms are Blurred vision and flashes in the eyes got worsen, so is Lumbar puncture a permanent solution. I am male and physically fit

My daughter has papiledema, the result of MRI said there is stenosis of transverse sinus in its distal half seen on both sides, no thrombosis or venous infarct associated, this is associated with optic signs n empty sellae syndrome n in keeping with idiopathic intracranial cranial hypertension, no intracranial hypertension, no abnormal enchantment seen with IV contrast, what should we do to cure her papiledema, is it surgery by putting the pipe in her head to the stomach can absolutely cure her papiledema? Cause from the doctor we asked, the problem is not the brain but in the veins, her brain is absolutely good without swollen

I am 24 year male diangnosed with IIH from last 4 months, sypmtoms were severe headaches, double vision and vomition, MRI was clear, During LP CSF opening pressure was 25 cmH2o,then MRI+MRV and CTA were clear so they done one more LP and Csf opening pressure was 20cmH2o. my BMI is normal and i am physically fitt. i am taking Acetazolmide and topiramate... pappiledema is of grade of 2... i have questions...any proffesional here can guide me about pappiledema plz??
