Matthew chapter 26: verse 28 - Ephesians 2: 8-9 "Because it is by grace that you have been saved by faith, and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast." - Romans 10: 9 If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from death, then you will be saved. 10 For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 13 For whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." - Salvation, the forgiveness of sins, is available to anyone who trusts in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Those who have rejected the free gift of salvation, see John 3: 16 above, will "perish", which means suffer judgment of their sins and eternal separation from God and the Family of God on earth and in Heaven called "the second death" Rev.21:8. - "Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."
