@@k13sha93 I've been able to stabilize my depression by going to weekly therapy for 2 years. I can confidently say now I'm no longer suicidal. But anxiety and panic attacks is still kicking my ass I'm not gonna even lie. Right now I'm trying morning meditations and going for a early morning walk to calm myself down before I start the day but it's still a struggle.

2 Corinthians 10:5 tells us that we are to "demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." Taking your thoughts captive simply means gaining control over what you think about yourself and life. Hold those thoughts captive my brother. I hope everything is well with you now. I awoke thirsty and God spoke... He told me to drink from the water. I literally got a big glass of water & drank it. I then felt God's presence come on me. It was pure love. Then He poured what felt like warm honey over my head & it covered me even into the cracks of my eyes.... Then I began reciting Psalms 23. Ummmm...... I think you had severe dehydration and were hallucinating. I dont think you actually spoke the Words of Psalm 23 by heart without memorising them. I believe you just thought you did in your altered state. 🎉🎉
