Psalm 121 - The God Who Keeps and Helps
Psalm 121 is the second of a series of 15 psalms each with the title, A Song of Ascents. As a song sung by travelers, this is especially relevant for the trust that it places in God throughout the journey.
It is a psalm that honors the God who keeps and helps.

Thanks for writing in. the Bible doesn't tell us who wrote Psalm 121, but verses 3-5 are addressed to whomever would listen to this song. It's a general exhortation to everyone. Hope this helps.
