Guys this is my favourite match of all time and seeing Ramy make that comeback has always motivated me in some of my darkest times. Wasn’t planning to watch the whole video when I found it’s almost two hours, but when watched the first game, I just could not take my eyes off the whole match. Amazing play. What a comeback from the artist.

Had these 2 chosen tennis they'd be millionaires. It's a shame squash doesn't have the notoriety, because squash pros are among the fittest & most gifted athletes in the world.

I wonder if squash will ever be played to that level again..

Dessouky at the CIB Black Ball, a few weeks ago. He beat Gawad, Elias, Momen and Farag, in succession. Unbelievable standard of play from a man who seems to have overcome his mental frailties, at last.

@@johnho6954 I don't see how Els would be the greatest player of all time given the fact he was only under 5th place for three years at this time, right? Every other year he was way down the rankings. If you look at some of the Squash players from the 1970s onwards, they were ranked number 1 for years sometimes. There are at least 3 players from history better, by the seems of it. But, that's relative to time period, duration, talent pool, and level of play. Ashour clearly is one of the best of all time, though, and that's a fairly universal view.

Unbelievable match. Goosebumps for any squash player.

Squash won't be played this fast ever again. Period

I just can't see how Squash could be played any better than this. Definitely the pinnacle.

Yes its quite flawless between these two. I think Shabana was also on par.

The best squash match I’ve watched. My fave Ramy vs the best since him, Mo Elshorbaghy. Huge influences & pioneers in the sport. The hitting & movement throughout this dual is ridiculous for the most part of the match. Much love for them both. Two great sportsmen at work on display here.

Second game, last point, the power of his wrist was unbelievable!! Never ever saw any professional player doing that. Still can't believe the power with such a short swing.

Best Squash match ever played along side the 2014 World open Final

Extremely fast paced and gripping, it's like these two had the ball on a string, both at the top of their game. Well done to Ramy he was such a magical player.

Classic one for this two ! all time favorite ! !

Yep, hats off to Ramy - and even more so, considering he had to win about six of his points twice (due to some shaky decisions) - that amounts to half a game. Effectively he won 3.5 : 2

Great squash but there is evidence that the top players are taking the game further, such as with the recent Canary Wharf final between Elshorbagy and Farag. I'd say the precision is some way ahead of this 2015 match.

이 경기를 보면 운동경기로 밥먹고 살려면 이 정도 해야하나 싶어서 자괴감이 든다. 보통 운동경기를 보면 야. 나도 저건 하겠다 이소리 자주 하는데 이 경우의 미친 스피드를 보면....... 샷 하나하나 무브먼트 하나하나에 아셔는 물론 쇼바기조차 날이 서 있는 느낌.

They let Shorbagy get away with a lot of blocking.

Is it just me or does Ramy Ashour's racquet look at least twice the standard size??

I'm nowhere as knowledgeable as the commentators but how is it that I call every video reviewed decision correctly and these two guys get it wrong at the same time. Weird.

You've got the same perspective as the video referee (watching from the camera) whereas the commentators are watching from the side of the court, so they'll naturally see a few things differently.

These two broadcasters are really bad and so talkative!

This was such a boring match to watch. All they are doing is hitting the ball hard no tactics nothing. Bullshit. Its so boring watching two people just wack the ball with no tactics while no body can player squash at this time .Post a Gaultier match at least PSA be fair to us..
