Great video. But to me, I never understand the point of this HDR technology. Instead of a better graphic, it just looks different and it hurts my eyes. The lighting doesn't become more realistic, just more shining, and the contrast doesn't get any prettier.

That's not true. Depends on the game. Far Cry 5 without HDR in 4k in my opinion looks like Bendy and the ink mashine. You go around on a sunny day and you have feeling that it is raining. In Horizon Zero Dawn, HDR is also massive improvement as well as on other PlayStation exclusives. Also some PC games like Nfs, Forza Horizon 5 and so on. This video is not about new game, but a remake. No matter how good it looks you can't compare it with new games. HDR is great thing and it will be used in years to come.

Look up Ray tracing dude. It'll help ya understand what's happening. Getting lighting right on early games will help future textures and graphics look more real.

Yes I think it was a really successful remake! Shame they don't develop the franchise more though. Both MI & MII have so many more stories within the game (=DLC e.g.) and at least they should make a remake of MII as well (The remaster of the MII was borderline scam)!

@@GermanGriffins Sounds like a good deal I mean if you haven't played them before it's absolutely worth it because you then doesn't have any reference of the original MII. MIII is a bit off imo (playable game but doesn't quite fit in the series)

@@fishwygaming I've played them before, mafia 3 even tho I can't remember if I completed it or not, and Mafia 2 on the 360 like idk 10 years ago but I stopped playing at episode 14 I guess. I've never played mafia 1 tho.

The graphics are beyond amazing and I love this game

Атмосферу потеряли, всю. Получился DLC Mafia 3. Короткий, нелепый. Суть первой Мафии в каком-то минимализме, в акценте на деталях, мелочах. Открывать/закрывать двери, собирать себе инвентарь, экономить/считать патроны, следить за бензином и т.д. Движок Mafia 3 воообще здесь не подходит. Нужно было что-то типа HOBO Tough Life. И ещё дальше пойти в иммерсивности. До абсолюта. Сделать почти RPG. Собирать себе машину/машины, обустраивать квартиру, зарабатывать деньги, работая в порту/таксистом/пожарником/медиком, брать контракты на ликвидацию/арест/воровство (в т.ч. документов).

Одевались они также как сейчас. По крайней мере мужчины. Пиджак, брюки, рубашка, галстук, туфли. Сейчас добавились только другие стили одежды, а классика, на то и классика, что не меняется (почти) уже несколько веков.
