If wanna record something that happened yesterday what can i do?

I have this problem where I try to record my gameplay but when I look back into my clips it doesn’t show up how do I fix that

So I beat Malenia finally and forgot to record..rather than look this up straight away, I moved on. I'm assuming it's a no, but is there any way at all my PS4 will have that footage somewhere I can retrieve it? Or do I simply need to get to NG+ and do it again?

So I played a bit of my game, and it didn’t record so I went to the menu, and now when I try your trick it doesn’t work, I guess you have to stay in the current game to be able to do this? Or is there any other way to get it back because i cry many tears Actually happens often when I double tap, I see that it’s recording, and then 20 min later I press it again to stop recording and it again shows me the red dot, meaning I didn’t record anything, I don’t get that at all

Why after I hit record and start playing then hit the share button to share it early. I press it twice ( the menu comes up then disappears and pops up again and I save vid clip but it erases it?

i accidentally loaded my old save data, now i lost my recent saves. do you have any ideas on how to fix the situation?

How do you do clips like. You weren't recording. And you did something awesome, and press the button so it makes a clip of the last minure that happened. Like how xbox does it.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I’m trying to make a call of duty montage and whenever I start to clip it shows to say that the clipping is starting, then when I’m finished it doesn’t save and starts clipping again. I’m so tired of trying to force myself to play games just for the clip to save 2 seconds of the game 🤦🏻‍♂️

Same thing happened to me. You probably pressed it twice and made it restart it capturing. It won’t save previous gameplay if you do that i think

Can u take a screenshot while recording?

So, I can’t set different time for past clips and different time for future captures right? I mean I want to bring back the last 1 minute of a good snipe shot in call of duty, but when I start recording with double tap I want to record a 15 minute gameplay. Can I do than without going to the settings and changing the record time?

Unfortunately with the PS4 you have to go into the settings and change how long you want the video capture segment to be when recording past gameplay

I have plenty of room so why doesn't my video save for the full length plz help

I accidentally exited off the application before clipping. Now i can't clip my gameplay bc I exited off. I don't know how or ifni can still get the gameplay
