The problem with NA teams is they'd pick one singular player from another team/region expecting them to perform well. And the players in NA would actually accept any offer that grants a higher pay hence denying factors like team dynamics and synergy. Like why would you jump to another team if they offer a higher pay but your current team makes it to top 4 in VCT every season? (You could stay and reap the benefits, also you get comfortable around your team)
