Thanks for the video. Should the 'rclone mount' command return to the prompt? Ran the command and 8 hours later nothing, this on a new gdrive account set up, so nothing to sync to. Thanks

@@syncbricks This was the mount command done at the root prompt, just hung, so I CTRL+C and the Gdrive was mounted, so created, enabled and started the service. All good, so i created a backup to it and again, all good. The problem comes with rebooting the server after this point, as there is an error of : mount helper error: fusermount: mountpoint is not empty Dec 24 12:06:53 pve rclone[160919]: mount helper error: fusermount: if you are sure this is safe, use the 'nonempty' mount option Dec 24 12:06:53 pve rclone[160919]: Fatal error: failed to mount FUSE fs: fusermount: exit status 1 Will it only mount when Google Drive is empty? Do you not get this error after rebooting once you have files/folders present? Apologies if I seem a bit dim, I've not been using this for long. Thanks

@@user-nc1we4oy9l same issue, the google drive disconnect and the 'gdrive' storage options create a new 'dump' folder in /mnt/gdrive and it's impossible that google drive service mount the real cloud folder ...

Hello, thanks for the video. I'm getting this error when running systemctl status for the service. " Main PID: 5578 (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE)" The drive mounts fine when running the rclone manually, just not with the service script. Please help

Was a typo, service is working now. But doesn't run after rebooting proxmox. The drive is not mounted

Ok finally fixed it. For some reason, your service file does not work for me. I used the following and it works: [Unit] Description=Rclone After=network-online.target [Service] Type=simple ExecStart=mount gdrive: /mnt/gdrive --copy-links --no-gzip-encoding --no-check-certificate --allow-other --allow-non-empty --umask 000 Restart=always User=root [Install] WantedBy=default.target
