Providence, RI, Police Officers engage in an enduring pursuit with a driver who eventually bails from the vehicle, abandoning his young daughter. A PPD Officer works with Animal Control to retrieve a rabid dog from under a car. PPD officers respond to a domestic disturbance involving a knife-wielding mother, her son, young daughter-in-law, and a violated restraining order.

I’m from Lynn and been living in Virginia for almost 5yrs. Ppl here say I have a “skrong up norf New York accent”. I’ve been here so long I love talking to my friends back home to hear the accent ☺️🫶🏾. Ever since I’ve been watching these Cops episodes I hear a difference between Rhode Island and the Boston accents that I wouldn’t have notice had I not been living in the south lol 😄😄

That’s not exactly an intelligent question. How effective would cops in your country be with one or two police cars? You saw how this unfold. The guy wasn’t going to stop till they had enough cars to surround and force them to stop before they killed someone. Exactly what would your local police do differently and with fewer resources since you feel this is overkill?

This is a repeated episode and do I beautiful female officer Patricia Cornell (very Irish). Must be very brave because she was part of first female policewomem. And the officer with strong Bostonian accent. Similarly when I was a cop in the Bronx NYPD in 1983, blacks were so violent.
