Maya is doing everything she can to be the wife and mom, Carina and Liam deserve. Why does every OBGYN struggle to have kids or can't have kids on this show. Gosh, Liam is a cute baby. Maya walked into this episode being the only happy person, she found her happiness outside of being a firefighter. Maya just spoke Italian right? That wasn't just me imagining that? What the hell? When did that happen? Maya is winning!!

Age is the problem for Carina and was the problem for Addison. I think Carina is the same age Addie was when she found out she had only two eggs left

This season Maya has been coming in “clutch” with some good ideas. I hope they end the show good and not on some stupid cliffhanger.

Carina's FSH is high, so she can't be pregnant and use her eggs😢😢. She really wanted this. But maybe Maya can use hers and there is a chance Liam will get siblings

Of course it's possible, it's basically surrogacy, Carina will be the "surrogate", only that they-her and Maya are the parents, so won't give the baby to someone else at the end of the pregnancy.
