it wont the company is sold i dont expect a prototype 3 to happen most likely bethasa would create prototype 3 but rn since they released well it passed some time from doom eternal i dont expect a game to 3 years from them unless some miracle happens

The chances of Prototype 3 coming are almost 0%. But, if they do decide to make it I hope Alex Mercer the real one comes back (I know he's dead but if Dana has a sample of his blood it might be possible)

Heller left several of mercer's limbs out on the ground after their battle. All it would take is a form of physical contact from a biological creature and boom he's back

Mercer (The Real one) died at the train station. The Blacklight Virus is all we truly know, and it has been through Prototype 1 and 2. It was never a hero, nor a villain. It was an Anti-Hero with a set of goals that to some are heroic and to others were despicable. But to understand his shift from Prototype 1 and 2, you have to read the comics. But iin all seriousness, had he not messed with Heller, then he wouldn't have lost. You just don't mess with a grieving father who has lost hope.

Just beat the game now watching this

I hope prototype 3 will be released.
