I heard an activist who was ULP, turned NDP, now is just angry, say Ralph must step down but he hates NDP... With no solution to offer, he said, the NDP have to wake up and get real and take back their country. I was amazed that a Vincentian would say his country belongs to a political party. This is our country and we have some things to sort out but I pray to God we do it with His guidance for no one or thing has an answer or solution for any problem in existence. We all come short. I believe the term 'we the people has the right to peaceful protest as they are the ones, in a Democrats society rightfully elected the Government to represent them' but if there is injustice can protest. And yes in Europe there's riots at protests there was one last week in Manchester at the football stadium because the owners wanted to start a super league. In March there was 2 in Bristol where a police station was burnt to the ground. Maybe you should start watching some bbc.

You keep using the word 'war' and 'protest ' War constitute 'armed' conflict between different countries or groups of people within a country. Protest: would be an expression of disapproval or objections to something. Is St Vincent at War as you see it or the people protesting, have an objection to something which they considered wrong? Everything does not need or end in armed conflicts. America constitution, second amendments - the right to bear arms. So even if there is a peaceful protest, the situation could escalate very quickly into an armed conflict, as seen before with that young man. That's America society..no comparison with to St Vincent who has a different political structure. Assumptions and words could be manipulative or misinterpreted, especially in a click society.

You are right! This looks terrible from outside! People were feeling sorry for SVG during the eruptions but it looks like they don’t have any more problems! If there is a COVID19 outbreak two weeks down the road I will see who they will blame! Vincy seem to be always protesting over something. Support each other yes but do better than this! I applaud the opposition leader for the resistance he put up and major riding shotgun,this kinda behavior in government must be met with some form of resistance,as ugly as it might look one can not hold one's peace when wrong is going on.

Why is my people tearing each other apart. United we stand divided we fall. The world is watching still the same drums are beating which makes it feel like two svg When folks been held down for too long. There would be an uprise and big brother will come in.
