At the end he said there is no difference in men and women Haj and umrah. But that is not true. Men are expected to run between safah and marwah while women are expected to only walk between safah and marwah. Also, men are expected to say “labbaik…” loudly whereas women are expected to say it in a slowly. If you have done Haj or umrah, you would know this. Justify this entire thing now based on what Javed Ghamidi has said here.

Gamidhi is absolutely wrong "pray as you have seen me praying" applies to both men and women, however this is incorrect. The Prophet (pbuh) was "seen" praying with a turban, with his ankles exposed, leading men in prayer, etc. Does that mean that women should do this as well? No

Ghamidi sahib is true scholar

Same thing was said regarding Hajj but men and women are different in performing it. Regarding general principles there are exceptions for the women with regards to their modesty.

Hadith about growing beard doesn't address to the whole nation, beloved prophet said everything about beard to a group of companions and people of medina, if you're growing beard because our Prophet had a beard then you might get reward for this but if you say it is Islam and everyone should grow beard then you're not getting the right message. Cutting beard or growing beard has nothing to with Islam, however, it is very admirable if someone keeps beard in following of the Prophet.

اسلام ایک کامل و اکمل دین ہے جس کی تکمیل محمد کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی دنیاوی حیات مبارکہ میں ہو جکی ہے اور اس کی حفاظت کا ذمہ بھی اللہ تعالی نے خود لیا ہے لہذا اس کامل دین میں عبادات کے حوالے سے کسی غیر شرعی کلچر کی قطعا کوئی گنجائش نہیں ہے۔ سیدنا ابو حنیفہ رحمتہ اللہ علیہ اور ان کے پیروکار بھائی بہت قابل احترام ہیں مگر انہیں اس بات پر بھی ضرور غور کرنا چاہئیے کہ اللہ تعالی نے سیدنا ابو حنیفہ رحمتہ اللہ علیہ کی طرف منسوب فقہ حنفی کی حفاظت کا ذمہ نہیں لیا ہے یہی وجہ ہے کہ وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ فقہ حنفی کے ماننے والوں میں عقائد اور اعمال کے بارے میں شدید اختلافات پائے جاتے ہیں لہذا شرعی اصول یہ ہے کہ جس گروہ کی بات قرآن و سنت کی تعلیمات کے مطابق ہو گی وہی درست مانی جائیگی اور یہی تعلیم سیدنا ابوحنیفہ رحمتہ اللہ علیہ اور دیگر تینوں آئمہ ثلاثہ رحھم اللہ علیھم اجمعین نے دی ہے۔ اللہ تعالی تمام مسلمانوں کو صرف اور صرف قرآن و سنت پر عمل کرنے کی توفیق دے آمین یا الہ العالمین

(مراسیل أبي داؤد: ص103 باب مِنَ الصَّلاةِ، السنن الکبری للبیهقي: ج2ص223, جُمَّاعُ أَبْوَابِ الاسْتِطَابَة) ترجمہ : حضرت یزید بن ابی حبیب سے مروی ہے کہ آں حضرت صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم دو عورتوں کے پاس سے گزرے جو نماز پڑھ رہی تھیں، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: جب تم سجدہ کرو تو اپنے جسم کا کچھ حصہ زمین سے ملالیا کرو؛ کیوں کہ عورت (کا حکم سجدہ کی حالت میں) مرد کی طرح نہیں ہے۔ "عَنْ عَبْدِاللّٰه بْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنه قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰه صلی الله علیه وسلم: إِذَاجَلَسَتِ الْمَرْاَةُ فِي الصَّلاةِ وَضَعَتْ فَخِذَهَا عَلٰی فَخِذِهَا الْاُخْریٰ، فَإِذَا سَجَدَتْ أَلْصَقَتْ بَطْنَهَا فِي فَخِذِهَاکَأَسْتَرِ مَا یَکُوْنُ لَها، فَإِنَّ اللّٰهَ یَنْظُرُ إِلَیْها وَ یَقُوْلُ: یَامَلَائِکَتِيْ أُشْهِدُکُمْ أَنِّيْ قَدْغَفَرْتُ لَها". (السنن الکبریٰ للبیهقي: ج 2ص222.223 باب ما یستحب للمرأة... الخ) ترجمہ: صحابی رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مردوں کو حکم فرماتے تھے کہ سجدے میں (اپنی رانوں کو پیٹ سے) جدا رکھیں اور عورتوں کو حکم فرماتے تھے کہ خوب سمٹ کر (یعنی رانوں کو پیٹ سے ملا کر) سجدہ کریں۔ "عن الحسن وقتادة قالا: إذا سجدت المرأة؛ فإنها تنضم ما استطاعت ولاتتجافي لكي لاترفع عجيزتها". (مصنف عبدالرزاق ج 3ص49 باب تکبیرة المرأة بیدیها وقیام المرأة ورکوعها وسجودها) ترجمہ: حضرت حسن بصری اور حضرت قتادہ رحمہما اللہ فرماتے ہیں کہ جب عورت سجدہ کرے تو جہاں تک ہوسکے سکڑ جائے اور اپنی کہنیاں پیٹ سے جدا نہ کرے؛ تاکہ اس کی پشت اونچی نہ ہو۔ "عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَضَعَ الرَّجُلُ بَطْنَهُ عَلَى فَخِذَيْهِ إِذَا سَجَدَ كَمَا تَصْنَعُ الْمَرْأَةُ". (مصنف عبدالرزاق ج3ص50رقم5983) ترجمہ: حضرت عطاء فرماتے ہیں کہ عورت جب سجدہ کرے تو اپنے بازو اپنے جسم کے ساتھ ملا لے، اپنا پیٹ اور سینہ اپنی رانوں سے ملا لے اور جتنا ہو سکے خوب سمٹ کر سجدہ کرے۔

@@phantomreloaded3312 If you use little bit of common sense and get out of your cultural thoughts, he is saying a right thing. Turban and bare ankles are always there for a male, not only in prayers. It is about "actions" in namaz, not appearance in namaz. Why you are so much worried about how females should or shouldn't prostrate? It is unnecessary, only offering correct rak'ats of namaz are important in an order.

@@irshanaseer4176 , That book is for women, teaching them how to follow islam , description of Aqaaeid ,salah ,rouza,hajj ,zakat , other matters, when women are illiterate, how can they understand book,Gamidi hasn't read that book ,must have heard from some or he hadn't understood, now he is creating confusion between people and ulama , l have purchased that book in 1985 and learned somehow from that book,

There is no prescribe/ specific Dress code in Islam except for Hajj. In S E Asia a piece of clothes in women section of women like chadar/ Sari, or Abaya in middle east countries as a Dress code for women. Everyone follow this tradition automatically, in Subcontinent there is no Dress Code in practice. In Iran a long chadar is being used as Dress code. Time has come women start a unwritten Dress code in practice either use Abaya/ long Chadar while offering Salah. It's not compulsory but try to adhere a separate dress code for Salah

Gamidi saab sounds like a nice guy. But as Dr Israr Ahmad ra said Gamidi’s understanding of Islam is wrong. Dr Israr said he does “ghalat biyani”. 1. Imam Abu Bakr Ibn Abi Shaybah Rahmatullahi Allai quotes the following statement of HadhratAli Radiyallahu Anhu; عن علي رضي الله عنه إذا صلت المرأة فلتحتفر ولتضم فخذيها It is reported that Hadhrat Ali Radiyallahu Anhu said, “When a woman performs Salaah, she must practice Ihtifaz and keep her thighs close together.” 2. Imam Abdur Razzaq Rahmatullahi Allai has quoted the following hadith in his Musannaf; عن علي رضي الله عنه قال إذا سجدت المرأة فلتحتفر ولتلتصق فخذيها ببطنها Hadhrat Ali Radiyallahu Anhu says, “When a woman prostrates, she must practice Ihtifaz and keep her thighs close to her stomach.” 3. عن ابن عباس أنه سئل عن صلاة المرأة ؟ فقال : تجتمع وتحفر Hadhrat Ibn Abbas Radiyallahu Anhu was asked about the Salaah of a woman, he replied: “She must draw herself close together and do Ihtifaz.” 4. عن خالد بن اللجلاج ، قال : كن النساء يؤمرن أن يتربعن إذا جلسن في الصلاة ، ولا يجلسن جلوس الرجال على أوراكهن Khalid bin lajlaaj reports: “Women were commanded to do tarabbu’ when they sat in Salaah, and that they should not sit like men on their buttocks.” 5. عن نافع ؛ أن صفية كانت تصلي وهي متربعة Hadhrat Nafi’ reports that Safiyya (radiyallaahu anha) used to perform Salaat while in the tarabbu’ position. 6. عن نافع ، قال : كن نساء ابن عمر يتربعن في الصلاة Hadhrat Nafi’ reports: “The womenfolk of Ibn Umar would do tarabbu’ while in salaat.” 7. عن ابن عمر أنه سئل كيف كن النساء يصلين على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : كن يتربعن ثم أمرن أن يحتفزن Hadhrat Abdullah ibn Umar was asked: how women performed their salah during the era of Rasulullah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam)? He replied: “Initially they performed tarabbu’. Then they were ordered to do Ihtifaz.” The chains of narrators in the above Hadith are authentic. (I’lāu Al-Sunan, vol 3, pg 27, Idara Al-Qurān) Note: This Hadith clearly indicates that the practice of “Tarabbu” was abrogated and women were not allowed to sit in the “Tarabbu’” posture anymore. 8. قال الشيخ رحمه الله وجماع ما يفارق المرأة فيه الرجل من احكام الصلوة راجع إلى الستر وهو انها مامورة بكل ماكان استر لها Imam Baihaqi states: “All the laws of Salaat in which a woman differs from a man are based on the principle of Satr (concealment). This means that the women are instructed to do all that which is most concealing for them.” The statement of this great Muhadith, Imam Baihaqi Rahmatullahi Allahi, clearly indicates that there exists a difference in the Salaat of men and women. 9. المراة تخالف الرجل في افعال الصلاة Shaykh Abdul Hayy Lucknawi states: “A woman differs from a man in the actions of Salaat

@@rizwanrao3473 Brother, My question to you would be is any Hadith not present in Kutub el Sitta not a hadith? Or can Sahih hadith not be present in other book apart form Kutub el Sitta? Moreover, are the scholars not unified on the matter the other categories of hadith apart from sahih maqbool? By your comment my dear brother I am guesing you never had a formal education on Asma el Rijaal and Usul el hadith. Please brother stay away from Ghamidi Saab and anyone who says Men and Women have no diffrence in praying. Hope you understand

Nabi s.a.w.s ne kaha ki sajda kutte ki tarha na karo that enough for us. Quran may yahi kaha gaya hai jo jabi je de diya usay lelo aur nabi ne roka tou ruk jao. So our nabi s.a.w.s guidance is priority for us. May allah guide us all

Sahi farmaya ...aorat ki namaz ki jgah mardo k sath nhi hoti alug hoti balkeh ghar mn parhne ko afzal kaha gya hy ahadees mojood hn tau sharm or hya ka kahan se agya or agar itna zaroori hota tau nabi s.a.w khud farmate k aorat alug tareeqe se namaz parhain.aorto ki namaz zaya na kraye kio k jis k sujood or rukoo sahi nhi wo namaz sahi nahi tau sunnat tareeke se sujood or ruku kion na krain.

There is a difference between hajj of males and females. Nobody have any hadith reference which tells womam to not say talbih loudly during hajj and not run in safa marwa as males do. But still all ummah follow that. Same is with namaz . Males and females have difference in their namaz. You are wrong sir!

NEWS FLASH! 1.If you google a picture of a dog sitting you would see that it sits by putting its elbow and forearm infront of its body with stomach touching the ground. 2.The differences in salah posture in order to conceal a woman's body are recommended according to most jurists and that includes imam Shafii, imam Ahmad bin Hambal, imam Mallik, and imam abu Hanifa. You can confirm from any Scholar that follows any one of these jurists. 3. In sajda the stomach joins the thighs hands are put next to the head and arms lying on the sides in order to provide best possible concealment for a woman's body. Nothing remotely close to a dog's posture. Please do reasearch before making everything a battle against the hanafi jurists.
