I have truly enjoyed your videos since the first one. I understand how much time and effort it takes to make quality videos like this one but I'd sure like to see more from you. You're one of the best woodworking you tubers out there.

Just ordered the 94" pro stop system today, thanks for the video it was the deciding factor. I think im going to order a smaller one in the near future and try to use some fence dogs to attach it to my MFT.

I build custom cabinets and have just been using a tape measure and a stop block on my miter saw for many years. The obvious drawback is if you have to go back and re-cut something that becomes problematic to get the accuracy cabinetry parts require. I have been on the fence for a while on which system to purchase and I was really excited by your review and installation. I recently purchased and installed a ProStop 8 ft model which had a 20% discount but was quickly consumed by a $170 freight charge and of course taxes. Thanks for your awesome and informative videos.

Noticed your using this stop on the left side of your chop saw. If you were to reverse the flip stop and display assembly orientation, you can get the flip stop to be closer to your blade. 😁👍🏻

I'm buying it. I'm not the only one who had issues with Reekon M1 Caliber. You get what you pay for.

I have the Wixey...it does suck. Chintzy hardware, hard to mount and a pain to deal with. Someone has a competing product for the DeWalt735 that looks much better. Forget the brand but easy to find the reviews here on YT.

@@Simplecove They have a digital readout for the table saw as well. I'm kicking around the idea of ditching the Incra table saw fence system and going with the Accurate Tech. table saw readout. Incra system takes up a lot of space.

Nice to see you posting video on YT again Eric. I like the MS enclosure for dust control you built and also the Bosch SCMS. I've been thinking of replacing my old DW708 with the Bosch. 9:08 What happens if you move it while it's turned off, or does it turn itself on as soon as you move it so it can track it's location on the fence.

The readout does power on automatically after .010" motion is detected within a 2 second timespan. (The amount of 'distance-to-travel' to wake-up is a user-configurable setting.)

debating on getting the kapex, but now i see you had one and now on the bosch which is what i have. I sometimes lug my saw to places and damn the bosch weighs a ton lol. Any reason to why you switched besides what happened on 2016 when they switched to imperial with the added cost of switching?

Just ordered one, Question: what's the material you have on the front of your MS box and how does it work?

Have you noticed when you go to tighten down the stop that it changes the dimensions at all? Just wondering if there’s sone “slop” in the mechanism. Thx

Wow! That's a lot of money. I know aluminum extrusion isn't cheap bot WOW! For that money we should get an auto positioner included.

Have you seen the TigerStop system ? If I recall correctly they start at $3,000 for a auto positioner. When I started searching for a digital miter saw fence, the ProStop wasn't the cheapest but it also wasn't the most expensive system available.

Which branch were you in, Army or Marine Corps?

Hi Antony, the readout does display millimeters, which is what I use. As for shipping to France, I'm not sure. I recommend you email them and ask about the possibility of shipping.

Yes, the fence is included. (The electronic scale is mounted to the rearside of the fence.)

Waiting for the Wixey $199 version

Sorry, but no match for the Rekoon digital measuring device. Much more flexible.

Seems convenient but not sure it’s worth the asking price

It's difficult for me to comment on the price since I received the system for free. But they do offer an alternative system called DigiStop. I have a link to the DigiStop above in the description.
