I took your word and went out got me those parts and changed them . Boy I tell you, I don’t think any mechanics out there knows this parts really affects the AC on International prostars or any semi trucks out there. Not to say much, you are the man! My AC is working now. Thank you and good bless.

Hi.. want to say thanks.. I have a 2015 international. I had more than 4 screws. Like 20 screws. But you where right I replaced both actuators and ac in front and bunk working.. thank you

Is it the same part for both actuators? Just buy the same part twice? My air in acting funky and I done everything you can think of except for these.

I have a question regarding the blend door actuator. If it works fine should I just change the motor actuator pulse count? I ain’t getting no power through my wire that plugs into the ac pump. I jumped the wire and the pump started working. But I don’t want to run it like that. Man I hope that works on mine. I have a 2015 pro star.

Ima try that, may be the module does not read the fan speed, if the module thinks the blower is not working , a/c compressor will not work. Makes sense.

Good looking bro they told me 1400 at dealership to swap all 3 acuators out. Only problem for me is the last owner took those blend gears out and I heard it’s a bitch to reset them properly! Do you have any advice or know where I can find instructions

So those actuators effect the compressor not working? Only asking kuz this might be my problem.

​@alexscott8279 sleeper blower needs to be replaced more than likely( easy to do), however check the sleeper HVAC fuse first. More than likely that's the problem

Do you need to calibrate the actuators before you put me back in.

Blower works but compressor won't turn on, when I bypass the compressor it works no problem. But the problem is it will constantly running
