So, my question was answered. Trump will NOT be handcuffed, but instead will be convicted and then will walk out on probation, and begin lying, attacking judge, Biden, everyone. "the deep state has ruined our country" etc. etc. All in front of the camera so 50 million idiot trumpers will believe it and still vote for him. I hope he gets serious probation conditions not to attack judges, jury, any family member.

Yes. In MY version of Democracy, there’s NO ONE who is above the law (in a TRUE Democracy). So that, by definition then, if His Majesty is given the Rich Man’s treatment and is given a Slap on the Wrist with some sort of specially structured probation or In-Home Detention in his Florida Castle then we’re sending a Crystal Clear signal to the rest of America that we have 2-tiered Legal System in this “Democracy”; one for the average crackhead on the street, caught with $40 worth of dope and Another Higher Level System for the Millionaire and Billionaire white collar criminals potentially convicted of MANIPULATING A STATE’S FEDERAL ELECTION RESULTS, paying a high-level pporn star “Hush Money” for Services Rendered, plus the Dozens of Verifiable Instances of His Majesty being shown to frequent Jeffrey Epstein’s Little St.James Island on the Lolita Express again for Services Rendered there by UNDERAGE GIRLS?? Folks… He’s Nothing more than a Disgusting Rich Kid, born with a Gold-Plated Coke Spoon up his Heiny; someone who was Raised From Childhood to think HE DESERVED SPECIAL TREATMENT. And he actually GOT IT FOR DECADES. So basically he’s Beyond Reform. He’s been living like this ALL HIS LIFE. And he’s long since learned there was a different legal system for him and his elite Banker/RealEstate cronies (although you might notice that even That group of Scum-Sucking Pricks have abandoned him now too) 😉

You've uncovered the true meaning of a, "two-tier," justice system: Tier 1: The filthy rich. Wherein they never see more than a figurative slap on the wrist for even the most heinous of crimes. Tier 2: Everybody else. Wherein truth, justice and innocence doesn't matter, the innocent are often vehemently prosecuted, forced to prove their innocence. Even when their innocence is known prior to trial... Who cares, as long as we get a conviction! The next time you see a statue of Lady Justice, consider her blindfold and scales, then consider, "Lady Justice may be blinded, but the bitch can smell money a mile away!" We are told those scales are weighing the evidence. But reality tells us that is a lie. Consider: Evidence is on one side of the scale, What is on the other side? Lack of evidence. Proof of innocence? I thought the burden of proof was on the prosecution? More Lies? It's evidence on one side, money on the other... Consider the truth of what I just wrote... If you have no money, how little evidence will it take to convict you and imprison you? Then consider the OJ murder Trial. Years later, when OJ as nearly bankrupt, what happened then? It's not the truth, but, "money shall set you free."

IF Trump is found guilty, the Judge may well sentence him to prison and then Trump would inevitably file an appeal. However, with regard to the question of whether Trump will be taken into custody following a guilty verdict and custodial sentence: The court does have the discretion to keep him in custody pending appeal IF there is a risk he will intimidate witnesses! With Trump's history of not complying with orders and witness intimidation, there is a real possibility that he will have to lodge his appeal from prison.

Not necessarily. IF Trump is found guilty and the Judge hands down a custodial sentence: American Bar Association Rules CRIMINAL APPEALS: Standard 21-2.5. Release pending appeal; stay of execution (a) When an appeal has been instituted by a convicted defendant after a sentence of imprisonment has been imposed, the question of the appellant's custody pending final decision on appeal should be reviewed and a fresh determination made by the trial court. The burden of seeking a stay of execution and release may properly be placed on the appellant. The decision of the trial court should be subject to redetermination by an appellate judge or court on the initiative of either the prosecution or the defense. (b) Release should not be granted if the court finds that there is substantial risk that the appellant will not appear to answer the judgment following conclusion of the appellate proceedings, or that the appellant is likely to commit a serious crime, intimidate witnesses, or otherwise interfere with the administration of justice. In Trump's case, with his history with witness intimidation and non-compliance with orders/procedures, it is possible that the Judge would deny his release pending appeal.

As I read the Constitution, there is no, nor can there be any, statute of limitations on impeachment - nor is departure from office by term, resignation, or death whether while incumbent or subsequent, exemption from impeachment and conviction. Subjection to impeachment is perpetual upon inauguration into office, nor is any consequence of conviction limited to mere removal from office, nor are any residual otherwise accorded perquisites, privileges, or honors subsequently accruing exempt. Not only is a President impeached and convicted removed from office but can be stripped of all its trappings, inherent or attributed, instant or subsequent. Just as office incurs privileges so too vulnerabilities for its and its abuse, duties, and powers in it, in perpetuity.

9:19 I wish I had been in front of a judge like one Glenn is describing. When I was in my darkest moment, and stole some money from my parents, (mental health misdiagnosis w/medication causing impulsive and erratic behavior), my judge wasn’t so kind. And my probation officer wasn’t at all helpful. See, my parents regretted calling the police, and tried to stop the whole thing. Cops said, “too late.” Since I lived with my parents, and they were my “victims” there was an automatic no contact order. So, the judge rendered me HOMELESS. And my probation officer didn’t do a damn thing to help me. I lived in my car for months. The worst were the TWO blizzards that happened while I was living in my car. Of course, I know now that NONE of that would have happened if I had hired a lawyer. My public defender didn’t do a damn thing to help me. In fact, for my first ever offense, he convinced me to take level 3 probation. And in Delaware, they rarely use ankle monitors, so one screw up, and, prison. Well, what do y’all think happened to the depressed and homeless girl? Stole food. Went to prison for 2 months. The justice system is a disgrace. They don’t help people, they punish us. Then life is never the same. Employers won’t hire you. People you know look at you differently. And then I watch a man like Trump getting away with so many horrible crimes against our country. It breaks my heart.

It’s a right breeding ground for fascist ideologies to develop which is exactly what Trump is doing here by disrespecting the court by pretending to fall asleep and then ranting insanely outside the court room to the waiting media. The whole debacle is undermining exactly what the USA stands for. If Trump is found guilty and walks free without a jail term, it’s over for the USA because there is no justice left. Take the Jan 6th rioters? Now jailed but who is left a free man? The guy who told them to take the capitol and fight like hell. Trump. American Bar Association Rules CRIMINAL APPEALS: Standard 21-2.5.
