    A wonderful upbeat video. One of the main issues today regards all these aesthetics treatments mainly advertised by self employed aesthetic nurses on social media is even though they are medically trained many of them don’t want to hear from you or treat you any further if you have complications or too many questions after a treatment. They want easy customers instragrammable photos. So sadly there are secretly a bunch of customers with no where to turn . Just like that Botox photo in your video around 7.48mkn who after paying have to live with consequences for months sometimes years. The industry needs regulating and accountability, not just consultation and consent forms.

    I just found your page. I’m an MRI technologist looking to get my RN degree and practice in aesthetics. I keep going back and forth on salary and is it worth all the hard work ahead but I do love the field so much. I’m worried about someone taking the chance being new. How did yoj get your first job or where did you get all your training?

    Just wanna say I love your videos! They’re so informative and just what I needed. This might be a personal question and if it is, no worries at all, but what is a good starting salary? I’m from Las Vegas, and have no medical experience but I do have a bachelors in RN. I do want to start part time but I also want to make a good living of course.

    I'm a permanent makeup artist, I would like to become a LPN so I can do medical aesthetics however I don't want to be working in a hospital, I want to have my own business. Do you think this is possible? I already have PMU clients.

    It varies across all states but in my state, you must become a Nurse Practitioner in order to open your own practice. But once you have the correct licensure per your state, you can absolutely have your own business in aesthetics!

    As an aesthetic nurse did you go to a medical aesthetic program . Or nursing program ?

  • @heeeysabrina

    @heeeysabrina

    There is no specific medical aesthetic program. You must become a registered nurse first to be able to inject. Some states require you to be a nurse practitioner to inject. Once you get your license, then you can take a training course!

    That’s messed up that u we’re so bullied in the OR 😑😑😑 Also for the comparing urself to other injectors, maybe that’s a good thing bc that means you want to be better all the time ❤
