I enjoyed your video. I'm starting a kayak and SUP business where I live in Mexico. I already do private boat tours (Boca Boat Tours) and think this will be a nice adjunct that allows people to enjoy being on the water for less money than a half-day private boat tour. You gave some great insights. I used to live in St. Augustine many years ago.

Insightful video. It's inspiring to see a young person taking on the task of owning and operating a paddlesports business. Hope to be like you one day! Really appreciate you taking the time to post! Also, any wisdom for a green kayak shop manager and aspiring kayak business owner?

Hi! Great video, thank you! How much of equipment do you own, and what equipment you do recommend for a rental start up? Kayaks, SUPs, paddleboards etc.

Thanks for the kind words! Appreciate it. We do kayaks Sups and Pedal Boards. Go with quality. Make sure kayaks are durable with good back support. Only do sit on tops. And epoxy SUPS are the best. You don’t need a lot to get started. But definitely focus more on guided trips. They are so much fun!
