Funny how you spoke about the people. Being so nice. I live in wisconsin and your from New York. That was my next question is how much of a difference the people are. I vacationed in north myrtle beach last year and just was blessed by everybody in that area.

Haha people here are great. It’s a melting pot and people from all over the place.. what I tell people is that as long as you don’t bring your politics and driving habits with you, you’ll be welcomed with open arms haha

Good Lord the tax rate is way higher in Pender vs New Hanover. Didn't know that. .45 per $100. Pender is .75 per hundred.

I am definitely moving up there sooner then later from SFL for family. I know this area. What neighborhood is the one your looking to get into? TIA 😊 I enjoy your videos. Thank you
