Hi! The photo in the thumbnail is of the St Mary’s waterfront which is the St Mary’s River. The closest beach access is Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach!
While your perspective is accurate, it doesn't come close to capturing the true essence of the pros or cons. When did they open the Walmart in Kingsland?

Thanks! I misspoke, it IS in St. Marys. As you probably know, the city lines are a little blurred - almost like one big city versus 2.

Sounds like being a single person would not do well dating wise there
