I used to live in Poulsbo for 2 and a half years. I love and miss Poulsbo greatly.

@@HomesByStrand my little brother is already renting. So I’ll be paying him for a while. I was so close to buying my own home but my health went down hill. Been out of work since January. My health has improved and I’m planning to work soon in a couple weeks. I just need to save up again for a year or two and I’ll probably considered renting or even buying depending on my qualifications. Thank you for replying back. 😊

Thank you so much for watching my video! I am so glad that you reached out. Qulicene is a nice area. But, it is extremely rural, and the one drawback, is that you have to use the Hood Canal Bridge to get over to the Kitsap Peninsula, and then over to Seattle, and because we have the Bangor Submarine Base across the water there, the Hood Canal Bridge opens quite frequently, and you find yourself sitting there for sometimes up to an hour waiting for the bridge to close to cross. Which means that if you have an appointment to get too, you may run late, and there is no warning as to when the bridge will open. There is always hwy 101 around, but that is an extremely long drive out of the way to get to where you need to be. I hope this helps. Let me know. I’m moving down from Whatcom and I would love to move to Poulsbo but it may not be quite rural enough. Is there a neighborhood in the surrounding area that you suggest for child safety as well as the ability to have a little more land maybe?

Poulsbo's name is from Paulsbo, a little place outside Halden in Norway :) The first mayor was Anders Moe, american name was Andrew Moe, and was born born in Kornsjø who is 30 km south of Halden. Little funny that you got the same last name as I :)

Im born and raised in Washington but moved to California for family. I plan on moving back but im stuck between Poulsbo and Issaquah. I just hope when I move back it will not get ruined by the same people who left their place of origins due to their own voting!!!

I appreciate the video and your perspective of Poulsbo. However, a little friendly feedback if you don't mind....I found it frustrating that you showed the photos of Poulsbo very briefly and always went back to showing yourself onscreen. I would have got so much more out of this video had you just shown yourself at the beginning and end and the entire rest of the video spent on showing the photos of Poulsbo with voice-over. Just my humble opinion. But, it really was annoying to me...

@@HomesByStrand Thanks, Ledeana! I do plan on buying in 2022. I don't know where in the region yet; it will depend on what I can find for a fair price. I would be interested in hearing about homes potentially in the cute little Norwegian town of Poulsbo.
