Reasons why we left Frisco after living there two years. First off, we have lived in Orlando, Jacksonville, Charleston and Louisville. Frisco is very affluent. Very. Corporate executives and the average income is over 200k. Very snobby people. It wouldn’t surprise me if they come out with a Real Housewives of Frisco. Traffic is awful. Literally hundreds of people are moving to the area each month for work, so the traffic is horrible. And as mentioned, the average home is over $700,000. Property taxes are insane. Houses are built on tiny lots too. Less than a quarter acre. Typically .17 or .21. The houses are so close together that once our neighbor next door asked if our girls could “keep it down” outside in their own backyard. The neighbor was on a conference call (she worked from home). Our twins were 5 years old at the time and playing on their swing set. 😡😡😡And because there are so many people moving to the area, grocery stores have a hard time keeping items stocked. Moving to Frisco was one of our biggest regrets. We moved after only living there 2 years.

You are so correct!!! Traffic here in frisco it’s just getting crazy ! And cost of living to the roof ! Not anyone can afford to live in frisco !!!

Everyone is talking about the traffic with universal but from what the studies say it will be less traffic than if it was developed with more traditional uses.

The airport isn't very close to Frisco.

Property Taxes are a disaster . Avg real estate taxes on a $500k home are 14k a yr ……

@@VIPRealty Exactly !!! Here in frisco is super expensive to live ! Houses from 700k to 2 million ! Apartament rentals 3000.00 to 5000.00 USD !!!

Hope the builders are putting the laundry room upstairs. Hope that they don’t make the entrance of a Home NARROW. It’s the worst to get kids in and out, especially with a stroller and a dog. Hope that the windows are not super Long touching the floors. It’s just not safe. Looking for a porch like house, some land. Don’t need to shake my neighbors hands, while taking a bath

LOL. True. Many homes are built right on top of each other. However, Frisco has plenty of neighborhoods that offer large lots.

This is an old video. Please at least insert a few new clips - such as opening of Universal park, touring grand park, current inclement weather, etc.

@Richard Soto Thank you! Currently, Dallas is experiencing snow and icy conditions. It is competing with NY NJ. In fact , I have been noticing constant higher temps in NJ than in TX for the past several weeks. Your videos are nevertheless very good.

VERY ACCURATE !!! You are very correct !!! Only wealthy people around ! This is why rent is high To avoid low income people to blend into the good communities. Sorry to clear this up But is so true ! I live here and have seen a lot !

Many years ago, your comment is correct. After rapid grows, it is no longer like that. Most of them moved out last 15 years.

I would love to move to Texas but the racism is very bad there. Maybe one day

Frisco used to be like what you says similar to other DFW and Texas cities. It is no longer like that after extremely fast growing!
