I've seen speakers like these and they're not really tall enough for you to actually dj a dancing set with... These are honestly better suited for something like a outside wedding ceremony Or just like you mentioned a solo artist playing in a small Cafe or something.

Thank you for the descriptive video. No cheap carrying bag for the line array columns on this one? Am considering this as a back-up to my Gemini 300BT - would be used in a house of worship (2 1/2 foot high stage) medium (quieter venue) - 200 people max - with an external mixer for more input (like the Gemini). 2 singers and a keyboard.

Hey buddy, thanks so much for this review. I really appreciate all the time and detail you put into explaining everything. I know I was bugging you about the 3200’s, but now I’m thinking about two of these instead, which of course means more questions. Thanks for your help! 1. Can I pair them with the XLR out and in or does it have to be RCA out? I asked this question on Amazon and that is what someone told me-that it has to be RCA. 2. My TV has an optical out, so I was going to get a DAC box and go stereo RCA into one of the units. I have a Blu Ray player, but if that is connected to the TV with HDMI then that audio would come out with the optical out. 3. So if I can pair the two units with XLR, then I should still be good to hook up a 3rd sub with one of the outs, right? Or do you think a third sub is too much for a home theater setup? Thanks again for your time! I appreciate you!

In your opinion, which do you recommend more for a wedding ceremony system, with music and mics being used, the Proreck Party 10 or the Sonart 2 speaker set up you reviewed in another video?

I'm following your channel but I'm not a DJ. I have an acoustic guitar duo that I'm in need of a portable sound system for 1-200 person venues. I've found that the cheaper systems don't have the column speakers angled in all directions for maximum dispersion like the Bose L1 or other comparable systems. Even though your using your rigs for DJ'ing I'm hoping you'll help me with a few questions. 1) Do you notice the "dispersion" concern with the Proreck and other systems that you've tested? 2) I have a 3D printer and have been considering printing speaker mounts that would angle the 4 column speakers so that they better spread the high frequencies. Is there any room under the grill of the column speakers so that I could angle the speakers using new mounting plates? 3) Of the systems that you've reviewed, which system would you recommend for an acoustic duo? Thanks so much!

Sorry MWR that I wasn’t more clear. I was referring to two of the Party 10s, not the 3200’s. How would that change the connections you mentioned? So two Party 10s and an additional sub linked together from my TV. Thanks so much!! And yes, if there’s a link I can use to help out the channel I will! There was only one 3200 sub in stock last time I checked, so is there another sub I should get in case it’s sold out before I have a chance to buy?

@@DjMartiniMidwest ok, thanks for your reply. I’m getting the Proreck 2000. I think it’ll work for the small rooms and I can always add a powered speaker or sub for mid size rooms or outside gigs. Plus didn’t really want to spend over a $1000 for slightly better features. Couldn’t justify it. Thanks, love your channel.

Do you know the horizontal dispersion of these? For a live performer or small band does this column work as both main and monitor the way Bose claims theirs does?

Hello, thanks for the watch and the question. So the Bose is a far better sounding speaker and does claim a 180 degree dispersion . My Thoughts regarding party 10…Although my opinion is the ProReck 2000 is a big improvement over the party 10 and I Would recommend it as a starting/inexpensive options as you can purchase 4 speakers for the price of one Bose L1 Pro8 . The Party 10 looks nice and has cool design but the ProReck 2000 is a better speaker in all ways except for looks depending who you ask? Both ProReck systems have front facing full range speakers and a subwoofer. If you can afford a top shelf item like Bose it’s great . But the ProReck works at value and has show reliable for me. Thanks. Links to compare #Amazon Affiliate ProReck 2000 amzn.to/3DxEvje Bose L1 pro8 amzn.to/3QeIatO Party 10 amzn.to/450ohef

My only suggestion would be trying a few different cables as well. I have had issues with low signal with cables before. But I’m guessing if not the unit might have issues . Might have to contact ProReck see what they suggest as well. I also would Suggest using the 1/4 inputs for ( mic&guitar ) Not the XLR input. XLR / RCA input Might have signal processing or codec on that channel. I don’t have that speaker anymore or I would check it out more for you . Just thoughts…Thanks.

I have this system and can answer this question. Yes, but you'll need a sound board. The high ends are a bit lacking, I'd suggest purchasing a titanium bullet tweeter and install that. With those 2 things, this is a SOLID PA system. Well worth the money, comparable, if not better than similar "High End" systems.
