Proposals of the European Parliament for the amendment of the Treaties

The report is living proof of how dangerous the EU has become. One is reminded of a well-known story about Dr. Frankenstein, who wanted to create a perfect being, but instead, he created a monster.
What the report proposes is the grabbing of all essential competencies of the member states, thereby reducing the national institutions to ornamental functions. Should the reform come into effect, they will have less power than German Länder.
Who the hell do you think you are to place yourselves above the member states. You do not have the legislative initiative. Thank heavens for that. Your democratic legitimacy is scarce, your record - lamentable, your respect for the rule of law - nonexistent. You want to govern the entire continent but are not even capable of supplying hot water in the building.
Unfortunately, the EU will probably go about it the traditional EU way: keeping millions of people out of it and exerting pressure on national institutions by all sorts of foul tricks.
And the final points. It is not that some parts of the project are good and some are somewhat excessive. All of it should be rejected and never ever, never ever brought back again.

It's so sad most Europeans accept being gradually enslaved without a word of protest. Only thirty years have past since the Soviet block, the prison of nations, disintegrated, and here we are again with the EU turning into a tyrannical Soviet Union of Europe. It seems the Central and Eastern Europe broke out of one prison only to be locked up in another. I cannot speak for other nations, but Poles will never accept slavery. A federalized EU, if it is ever established, will end very quickly and very badly.

Tłumaczenie (wolne/ własne/ bez fajerwerków, więc się odczepić, albo niech ktoś przetłumaczy lepiej ;): "Raport (jakiś konkretny, do którego odnosi się to wystąpienie) jest żywym przykładem na to jak niebezpieczna stała się UE. Przypomina mi się bardzo znana historia dr Frankensteina, który chciał stworzyć idealną istotę, ale zamiast tego stworzył potwora. To co proponuje ten raport, to zagrabienie podstawowych/ zasadniczych kompetencji krajów członkowskich i zredukowania ich narodowych/ rządowych instytucji, do roli ozdobnych (marionetkowych/ figurantów). Jeżeli te zmiany zostaną wprowadzone, to kraje członkowskie/ ich rządy będą miały mniej władzy, niż niemieckie Landy. Za kogo Wy się, do diabła, uważacie, żeby stawiać siebie ponad kraje członkowskie???! Nie macie kompetencji (inicjatywy legislacyjnej) i Bogu za to dzięki. Wasz mandat demokratyczny jest słaby (?). Osiągnięcia- godne pożałowania/ żałosne. Wasze poszanowanie prawa- nieistniejące. Chcecie rządzić całym kontynentem, ale nawet nie potraficie zapewnić ciepłej wody w budynku (nie wiem o co mu chodzi???) Na nieszczęście Unia zapewne zajmie się tym w swój tradycyjny sposób- trzymając miliony ludzi z dala od tych decyzji i równocześnie wywierając presję na rządach państw członkowskich używając podstępnych metod/ sztuczek. I ostatni punkt- to nie jest tak, że część rzeczy/ spraw jest w tym projekcie dobra, a część nieco przesadzona. Cały ten raport/ projekt powinien zostać odrzucony i nigdy, ale to przenigdy nie powinien wrócić do procedowania"

It doesn't matter who has the lead, but it is there. It is a self proclaimed dictatorial entity with zero diversity in opinions , with coercion and extortion of the unwilling (thus it's totalitarian as well) and it pushes hard only its own plans and executions. There is no accountability in all of the tentacles and the EU is not even elected by the people. "Call it what you will, but democracy it is not" as Mr Legutko said before.

A resolution of the european parliament of 22.11.2023 asking to change european treaties, in order to give EXCLUSIVE competence to the EU for climate and environment matters, to evacuate the notions of 'men' and 'women' and replace it by 'gender' etc. Mondialism at its best, through alliance of extreme capitalism and of understanding of democracy as leading a herd of sheeps.
