Thank you for sharing this - it hit a nerve, a wound that I have hidden under for way too many years. Now I understand why I keep on going around the same mountain and why it the same old pattern . Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heavy heart, burdened by feelings of worthlessness. I humbly ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in overcoming these emotions that are consuming my spirit. Lord, I know that Your love is unconditional and that You have a purpose for my life. Could you help me understand that my worth is not determined by the opinions or actions of others but rather by the value You have placed upon me? Could you remind me that I am fearfully and wonderfully made in your image? Father, I confess my struggle with seeking validation and acceptance from those around me. I realise this is a fruitless pursuit, as true fulfilment can only be found in You. Grant me the strength to let go of the need for approval and to find my security and identity in You alone. Holy Spirit, I ask for Your comfort and healing touch in this time of emotional pain. May it heal the wounds it has caused and help me forgive those who have hurt me. Fill me with Your peace and assurance that You deeply love and cherish me. Lord, I surrender my feelings of rejection to You, laying them at the foot of the cross. I trust that You can turn my trial into triumph and my pain into purpose. Help me to embrace the truth that I am accepted and valued by You and that your opinion is the only one that truly matters. In Jesus Name, I pray. Amen.

Yet again this word is for me and right on time! I heard earlier today that I needed to deal with the spirit of rejection or it will keep me from entering into my promised land. I thank you for your obedience to God and I thank God for showing His love towards me by speaking through you exactly when I needed it.
