Day 3 of Ramadan and my mental health is so much better - praying 5 times a day, spending time with Allah by reading Quran, making dua, etc. we are truly our happiest when we are doing what we were created for.

Sure he got the votes, but he got sick & died a day before being made President.. Cazuza Brazilian singer & poet. During a show, while smoking his cigarette, he puffed out some smoke into the air & said: "God that's for u". He died at the age of 32 of LUNG CANCER in a horrible manner.. Allah SWT says in Qur’an Al-Kareem "Do not walk proudly on the earth: your feet cannot cleave the earth nor are you as tall as the mountains". Surah Isra (17:37). Ya Allah don't take my soul away until you are happy with me: Ya Allah give me a death of a shaheed. Ya Allah let the last words of my life be the Shahadah. Ya Allah If I die in my sleep let My heart beat the Zikr of Allah. Oh Allah, the guider of the lost soul forgive the entire Muslim Ummah! Ya Allah Forgive my Parents, my Family, my Muslim Friends. Ameen Ya Rabb

*When Ramadān arrives* Al-Zuhri (رحمه الله) would say when Ramadān had arrived: “Now is only the time for reciting the Qur’ān and feeding food [to the needy].” Imām Mālik (رحمه الله) would abstain from reading ahādith and the sitting of the people of knowledge, and he would focus on reciting the Qur’ān from the Mushaf. Qatadah (رحمه الله) would study the Qur’ān in Ramadān. Sufyān al-Thawrī (رحمه الله) would abandon all [supererogatory acts of] worship and focus on reciting the Qur’ān. They are many narrations with similar meanings transmitted from them. [Ibn Rajab mentioned this in Latā’if Wa al-Ma’ārif, p. 181. Book: Important lessons for Ramadān by Shaykh ‘Abd al-Razzāq al-‘Abbād, p. 89]

Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqun (the pious people who have taqwa) *Hadiths Fasting* Abu Huraira related that the Prophet (peace be upom him) said: Many people who fast get nothing from their fast except hunger and thirst, and many people who pray at night get nothing from it except wakefulness (Darimi).
