Also there would be non need for Jesus to take away the keys of death away from the devil if it was God ministering all the deaths in the Old Testament.

Context matters in interpretation you make it seem like the God of the old testament was cruel and the God of the new testament was not. The scriptures require skill not just picking verses without understanding what they mean. When you are reading the zola testament you must also understand you are reading history. Cyrus was a read person who lived in a geographical place and time and the message the prophet Isaiah gave was relevant for the people living in that era we have to understand this scripture in that setting.

The Bible say, The Law came with Moses but grace and truth by Jesus Christ ! Meaning if you want to know God, look at Jesus Christ he is the embodiement of truth, The True Light. Now, did Jesus review to us a God who creates evil? To also help you understand, everyword of truth in Bible has atleast another verse complimenting it because there is consistance in God and no confussion. Which verse or verses in Bible compliment Isiah 45:7? Another way of looking at it is When Isiah was writing, who was He writing to and what was happening? Context matters. James 3:11-12 say a fountain can not send both sweet and bitter water at the same time. God can not make Good and Evil at the same time. I will come back with more scriptures which support this doctrine that Gos is ONLY good. Remember scripture for doctrine has to be supposrted by more scritputes in other parts of part Bible.

You need to understand that the fall of Adam meant he surrendered his authority over the earth to the devil. The devil gained legality through the fall of man thats y the devil would present himself before God together with the sons of God. In a layman language he was representing his constituency the earth. When he tempted Jesus, he showed Him kingdoms and said i will give you these if you bow down and worship me. There is a difference between allowing something and endorsing/sanctioning it. God allows things to happen. The children of Israel requested a king 1 Samuel 8..God said go ahead and do what they are asking....they have rejected me as their king... Moses was chosen to lead Israel, but God did not stop him from committing murder....Moses was instructed by God to speak to the rock and water would come out, He hit the rock twice in anger...God allowed all these things to happen. Another is that of Saul consulting a witch, much as that is causing confusion on the state of the dead, God not only allowed it to happen, He allowed it to be recorded in the Bible... God allows things to happen, this is not an endorsement of a person or the activity.
