OMG these guys are literally the Early Childhood education on property investment. They did raise a couple of good ideas but then added drama and lost the point. They did add the magic advice. Shares are the better investment. Well done.
Thanks for the video. Can you please clarify the tax on shares? not sure if that is consistent with current NZ rules

Heya! While there's no capital gains tax in NZ, there's still tax implications if investing in overseas shares (something every good diversified portfolio will include)
