I think you are paying for the 'mountain view' hence costly. For me gagawin kong primary beroom yung pinaka lower basement para walang istorbo heheh ❤😊

Based sa design pagnakaroon ng drainage or leak problem ang house na Ito sakit ng ulo yan ng would be buyer. Mas practical na ngayon na exposed na Yung plumbing water and drainage pipes para easy to repair.

@@hanniehex they can list it for wherever price they want and it's just gonna sit for years. If that's OK with them, it's OK with the rest of the world. Most people are changing their plans and going to Vietnam and Thailand to get much better prices on the same quality or better quality homes, and an improved infrastructure. They could list it for $10 billion if they want to. It doesn't mean they're going to get it. Good luck guys!! just because your Filipino wants to live like a billionaire doesn't mean that everyone can afford it.

Ok i dont get the design.. the 2nd basement is like.. a really big guest house??? Or a really big maids quarters/driver... For a big lot it has few rooms.. the jalousy windows are like eww😂 .. this is overpriced or prolly mahal ang lupa at tinipid ang bahay 😂

seriously master toilet is in the corner or the property??? sayang yung view tinabunan ng wall… hind magaling ang nag design ng house .. at sa mahal dapat harwood ang flooring nito… ang daming area n dapat nilagyan ng BIG WINDOWS .. meaning windows are too small daming pader.l the DESIGNER DIDNT TOOK ADVANTAGE of the view n main focal point ng house and JALOUSY??? and kitchen kayout is not good too… n TOO MANY STAIRS…
