@@naveedalam6410 Price of the tiniest property in such areas is no less than 50 to 60 lac, and the rents now are 20,000 for any small accomodation, Qayyumabad, Korangi Crossing etc. Thats your lower most poor class. Now come middle class, they sell their kachra property in the middle of the city in a crore at least and move out to fresh settlements Jawan, this is how things roll, I have been witnessing this since 1996.

While you quote prices of all other sectors Gulshan e Maymar, you never quote prices of plots inits Sector-S. Your never toured this sector. Any reason for this? As far as I am concerned, Sector-S has its intact boundary wall. It has got just one gate with security. There have been dacoities here too but not as frequent as in other sectors, snatching is also rare inside the sector. Intikhab sahib, I want to promote this sector also, and if there are any hidden facts, reveal them so everybody knows the true picture. I have a 600 sq. yd. plot in this sector on main 150 ft wide road between Sector-S and Sector-T. I need to sell it, and use part of its proceeds to purchase a farm for poultry and cattle farming. However, the sale price of my plot quoted by estate agents is not encouraging.
