Hi Could you please feedback about the following case: We have lease contact with 5 years We are on 3rd year and the owner gives discount SR 500,000(half year) what the right accounting treatment for this discount?
Are the 181 lectures in the SBR playlist on the channel in proper order? It seems not, as the next lecture does not deal with downwards revaluation, as mentioned at the end of this lecture.

Excess depn (80/20yrs)=4 p. a accounted for last year. Need to be transferred.

@@mehedikhan3959 Correct with the calculation but it is not called excess Depreciation, it is the original Depreciation for 20 years at the start of year 2012 with cost of purchasing PPE at $80 million. The excess Depreciation is when you subtract the original depreciation and the update depreciation then that monetary figure goes into the Reserve Transfer. I have just finished watching this video and took thorough notes.
I didnt see the 12 depreciation charge from historical cost
