This week we are in Neath south Wales, to meet 23 year old Kim Maoate. Kim has taken a gamble; she gave up her lucrative job in IT, remortgaged her home in Buckinghamshire and bought this property 170 miles from her home. Having lost 4 auctions, and determined to not loose another she bough her development property site unseen. There is an awfully large amount of work to do and she has an ambitious goal of completing everything in 8 weeks with a meager budget. It’s funny how just the developer's attitude of "I am right and will listen to no experts" or not, is the key to how much I am rooting for them. I had my fingers crossed for this girl.
