Greetings. The villa comes at a price higher than 360.000 from the owner, so we are unsure how it is possible for an agent to sell it for less, than what the owner is asking. It is possible that the price was reduced during the time the video was in editing, since we did film it over a month ago and everything changes fast in Turkey, including real estate prices. If you are interested in a property on our channel, you can always contact our manager directly and inquire about the current relevant price of the offer. Also you have to keep in mind that prices can be different for different real estate companies. Some smaller agencies do not offer things such as after sales service, info-tours, and other services that bigger companies offer, hence the commission can be different.
