Lovely outside space. Nice finishings... but really disappointed with that bedroom at the back. So if you have company (guests) they have to traipse through your bedroom to use the lovely covered patio... or go around the outside of the house, walking over those stones. I fully expected to see the living room at the back, overlooking the beautiful pool.

Thanks Jen and understand your comment but often a good idea to design interior layout to suit yourselves the main users not guests. A simple adaptation and not to costly is guest bedroom windows could be replaced by a glass door which would open and connect to an existing tiled walkway that ends up at rear terrace and pool terrace

There is actually a paved area around the villa, bedroom could easily be changed to a sun room!
No room for my clubhouse and wife is demanding a She Shed.
