Propel Snap 2.0 Review and Test Flight
Фильм және анимация
Costco's Propel Snap 2.0 Drone. It's an ok drone, but it's frustrating to control even indoors. Without stabilization the low quality video is mostly useless. We had fun initially flying the drone, but it did become cumbersome quickly.

Thank you for your review. I've just seen this advertised at our costco.
Thank you for the review!
When I press the button it doesn’t fly
There's something I'm getting right with this drone. When I turn it on, it just flies upward irregardless of what I do with the joysticks. What am I doing wrong here?
What app do I use for this?
Just won one at work in a Christmas party raffle.

I found one on my roof
I considered that till i read reviews. Went for the Holy Stone HD161 just a few bucks more and so much better for a beginner drone, plus way better camera
I agree, it's quite unstable and cannot stand in one place. Very painful.
I got one but a different number called 2 0 snap drone
I have this drone but it is able to hover I got it at our local twin falls Costco plus it has much longer battery and better camera!
My only complaint is the short battery life. And it takes 2 hours to charge. I check the website to see if they sell a battery with more life, and they don’t. If anyone knows where I can get a better battery with more life, I’d be happy to know
How do you calibrate it? Would be useful if you did a how to calibrate and fly video. Agree it is a frustrating gadget.

The buttons on the controller that surround the joysticks are the "calibration buttons". In essence they simply adjust the beginning position of the joysticks. So it's kinda like it's holding the joysticks in the ideal position for it to hover more steady without you having to actually move the joysticks. So you you would have to continually calibrate it to account for any new breeze or wind. Hopefully that made sense.
What drone would you recommend for a beginner?

Dji Mini 2, it is VERY reasonably priced in the drone market, it is the Easiest thing to fly, and it captures some amazing footage, but you shouldn’t just give it to a kid, you have to guide them. Hope this helps
Help please!! I cant figure out where the password is for wifi pairing to my phone, would you please help me

Neverymind, sir, I have finally figured it out, thank you.
I returned it to Costco. Right in front of me in line was someone else returning it.
Same experience, cannot seem to get it to stay still in a hover, just basic thing here. It didn't always respond to down throttle very fast, and forget it in any wind. Just wanted to see if it was any good. Tello for 89.00 is the real deal. I am going to just buy a better drone.

Tello is terrible in the wind too. Look into the Promark GPS Shadow. Basically a Phantom.
got one for Christmas, thinking of strapping a bigger battery to this shit. any ideas?

Im wondering the same, because 2hr charging for 7 minutes of flying is brutal!!!

i might ask some more knowledgeable people to see about recalibrating the hover stability, from the feels of it, its just hella fucking slow.

Because it’s meant for a racing drone it’s not like a Placher it’s like a racing drone that’s why it’s unstable it’s speed and stunt
looks like in frederick costco lol

Please don't waste your money. It's craps
You're not really an RC pilot if what you're flying won't crash--- don't blame your lack of skill on the drone. Acquiring any skill requires effort, aptitude, and patience but in this "everyone deserves a trophy" world some folks cry foul when faced with an actual learning curve. Man up and learn to fly_____
Dumbest fucking drone ever I’m so pissed I ever bought it
