Well done Pronovost! Excellent engineering and showing diversity. Love the stuff you guys produce especially the inverted snowblowers. All super time savers. Time = Money.

Have you ever had any bales rip (net wrap or twine get loose) when the loading arm swivels them around for correct positioning on the trailer?

With the advent of net wrap and twine bales, several improvements were made over the years to our autoload bale trailers in order to minimize bale damages: The fork is designed to gently turn and lift the bale so it does not tear the net. It is built to minimize contact with the net wrap. Made out of round tubing, there are no sharp corners on the bends and curves of the fork so it doesn't break the bale. Plow bolts are used to build the arm and fork to eliminate the possibility of snagging.

Loads really nice but unloading not so much. Maybe after the rails get shined up a little the bales slide off better

Don't stack one bail on top of two. When It rains you have one big rotting mess on your hands. I did that one year. I had too much hay and no place to put it. I guess you live and lean. We did not wrap the hay back in those days with plastic. Nobody did in my part of the world.

D Hansel We stack bales on top of one another all the time but we tarp it so it doesn't rot.
