So i learned this amazing trick, if you spray lidocaine on your feet before you slip those suckers on, you will last a lot longer. Also, spray some when you take them off and hopefully your feet wont be as sore. I use this all the time and it works for me!!!!!

That's a mom and daughter duo!

Well, basically she’s walking around in the wrong way. That’s why she had that pain. so, when she start walking, she have to step on the heel of the foot. not the beginning of the foot where it’s close to her toes. and also to avoid pain as much as possible, she have to keep her back straight. I hope my comment is useful and I’m excited to your prom.
