this song represents how the fandom feels when Microsoft has the rights to Skylanders now (or in other words: hope for the franchise)

This song calls for war all across Skylands, with the valiant Skylanders and their companions defending and maintaining the peace while the vile and so-called supremely awesome Kaos continues his diabolical never-ending quest to dominate Skylands. Only one side can prevail when Skylands' very fate is on the line...

Adore Superchargers and this opening scene proves EXACTLY why. After playing the games a dullish formula has formed however the intro to Superchargers is different. - New Voice introducing you - Clips from older games in a portal setting - Eon statue only to be destroyed by a Kaos statue as trolls come running and explosions happen as the sky changes colour. Everyone you knew as associates from the previous games have been captured and being taken to who knows where to do who knows what and Kaos has finally won essentially. But then hope arrives as Hugo breaks through and speaks to YOU directly, the first time they have interacted with you and not the Skylander. Then urgency arrives as they tell you to hurry as the portal network connects for you to appear in the portal network using a destabilised portal network as the music picks. UP. Hope and Urgency fill this track as each of those themes play into the sequence with the song amplifying them and essentially the whole game is full of it and it makes the game that much more fantastic and the best skylanders game of all time.

This is hands down not only the one of the best songs in the franchise, but also the best opening level ever.

@@jonah2103 i think it's due to much of the lore between trap team and superchargers being all in one of the comic books (Rift Into Overdrive), meaning if you didn't read that, it'd be a lot to take in. my original thoughts before playing superchargers was that there would be too much emphasis on vehicles and that the story would be too short and not enough depth, but after playing through, i thought it was a really interesting and the only time kaos really had the upperhand over us.

Funny thing... when I fought The Darkness, near the end of the battle, I got bugged when I went through the rift surge ring that you cause major damage to The Darkness. When I was bugged, I didn't damage him, but this music stayed. THAT is just awesome.

Actually, SuperChargers is just as long as Swap-Force, which is really long.

I remember being really hyped for this game and getting it on Christmas. Brings back memories 😊

You know what's really sad, none of the games won awards for their soundtracks. It seems they gained the most attention from the concept of Skylanders itself, but at least the people that played Skylanders in the past can come and appreciate these stellar soundtracks

I might give ya my opinion: Story might be short but therefore insanely good, yeah the difficulty is bad but the characters are finally innovative and also kinda overhated! I mean I can Name very much good ones! The cast might be small but good! The vehicle gimmick is expanding the universe fantastic, might be a bit disappointing but still great idea and like ya said: THE GODDAM MUSIC
